The first 12 months were great. It was the best share house I've lived in. Then two chain smoking, chain vaping, and chain other drug gassers moved in and I was in the middle. Along with one girlfriend, it's been months of constant gassing day and night. I ended up sick from it with liver dysfunction. So I'm looking for a NON-SMOKING, NON-VAPING, AND NON-METHING NOR ANY OTHER GASSING HOUSE. I am studying a Masters of Professional Accounting. I'm 75% into it so need a room for another 12 months. I tend to live in the Curtin university library. I can live anywhere and have my car. I intend to live in Perth for the rest of my life. I even also have a social life so I won't be relying on you for one. I'm financially independent and have a long record of over 30 years of tenancy experience, 20 of which, as a housemate. Before leaving Melbourne I leased a unit for three and a half years through Barry Plant of Ringwood/Heathmont. Before this, I've leased a room in two rooming houses, whilst completing a degree, a total of 6 years as a housemate.
