The location is perfect - close to two train stations, Leederville, Subiaco, Lake Monger, and Coles are all walking distance, and the city is a 22 minute commute door to door. The house vibe is chill, there are many plants, and we have a dog Bailey who is needy but adorable. We also have two separate living areas - the shared main kitchen/living, and a smaller study, which is really nice to work in. So you'd have extra space to keep a desk and other stuff outside of your bedroom if you wanted. The bathroom has a spa bath, which is incredibly luxurious. The porch is a really nice place to sit and read/have a beer on in the evenings, and the backyard gets nice sun in the morning.
