$320/week•27 year old man
Hi! I’m Gireesh, a 27yo full-time retail asst Manager. I work at Floreat and I’m looking to rent a room in the surrounds NOR. My budget is max $360 a week (incl bills), I’m looking to stay for at least 6 months, and I’m eyeing a move-in anytime before the end of August. I'm looking for a partially furnished room.
About Me:
- Very clean, organized and respectful. Don’t drink/smoke/party but don’t mind staying with anyone who does.
- Open-minded, outgoing and love cultural exchange - visited 25 countries and over 100 cities!
- Enjoy my own company but always down for any impromptu plans/trips, or any podcast-like sessions over a glass of wine – though I’ll just have Sprite, haha!
- While home, I’ll mostly be coding, playing my guitar, or cooking lamb. Ride a sportbike and go for rides often.
- Won’t have any visitors except for mum who’ll visit a couple of times a year - she’ll stay for 3 weeks each visit. I'll also be away mid-June and mid-Dec to mid-Jan but I won't be subletting.
Rental History (2.5 yrs in Perth):
- A year each in a South Perth foreshore apartment and a Maylands gated community, and half a year in an East Perth apartment. Have excellent relationships with my landlords!
- As the house supervisor for the first 2 places of these places, I managed all the rent and bills (electricity, water, wifi, strata) from my co-tenants…even when they didn’t pay up on time. I pride myself on being smart with my finances and being meticulous with my household duties.
- I can send through my leases as well as my landlords’ contacts, for your reference, along with last year’s payslips and bank statement :)))
Suburbs: Since my primary work is in Floreat (until I land a Data Scientist role, of course), I’m looking for a room within these bounds, keeping Floreat as the centre:-
- North: Hillarys
- NE: Carine / Stirling / Nollamara
- East: Menora / Mount Lawley / Maylands
- SE: South Perth
- South: Mosman Park, Nedlands
