Looking for a house in the eastern suburbs! I'm a very friendly person, but usually stick to myself and will respect your privacy. I'm clean and like to keep things tidy (no clean freak though)
Hi there :) I'm hoping to find a long-term situation and am happy to do a team-up with somebody to rent a place. I'm open to price and area, so please don't hesitate to contact me if it's different to what I've written. I'm working in healthcare and studying atm. I've been described often as "nice" and also "calm". But I suppose you can decide for yourself ;) I'm looking to live with people who are similar, a drama free home with generally positive people who are very considerate of each other's need for a peaceful, stress-free life. I'm hygienic, tidy and quiet around the house. Feel free to ask questions because I'm not sure what else to write :) Have a nice day!
Work Full Time, and exercise 3-4 times a week in the evenings + some early mornings . Social and enjoy cooking and having a wine or beer. Have a second job in which I train ppl I do this work 1-2 times a month on the weekend, sometimes I will be gone the entire weekend.
ATTN: LANDLORDS/ AGENTS PLEASE NOTE I AM LOOKING FOR EITHER A 2 BEDROOM UNIT/HOUSE TO RENT FOR MYSELF AND MY SON IN OR NEAR MONBULK OR TO TEAMUP IN A 3-4 BEDROOM HOUSE WITH ANOTHER PERSON WHO WILL GO ON THE LEASE WITH ME. I AM NOT LOOKING TO SUBLET. Hi I am a single mum, with an 8 year old son. We are looking to share a fabulous large house with an empathic, easy going, intelligent, tolerant, mature and stable person, or single parent and child. I’d prefer to stay reasonably close to Monbulk for my son. WE HAVE ALREADY VACATED AND HAVE TEMPORARY ACCOMMODATION ONLY UNTIL MID NOVEMBER. After living alone for several years, I was very dubious about whether my son and I could adjust to sharing with others. However, after the past 7 weeks sharing a house, (with shared living room and bathroom), after the initial adjustment, it has been great. I have even started to enjoy doing housework a bit more. Being accountable for a shared space is a good motivator. And I think my son has benefited from the interaction with another adult. Sadly, this place is being demolished on 19th November, and my housemate is moving to the Peninsular to be close to his daughter. My son has special needs, (nothing too serious) and requires a stable, calming enviornment. I'm happy to share more about that privately with the right people. He is very outgoing, and friendly, loves interacting with adults and younger children. He loves Beyblades, gemstones, singing and dancing and being a ninja. He watches T.V. but is not allowed Xbox, video games, iPads etc. We'd love to live somewhere with enough space for a trampoline, either outside or a small indoor one. I’m looking for a large place with a good layout e.g. 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms, and good storage space that is easy to keep tidy. Would also like some outdoor space. And a small outdoor storage shed, or space to erect a small shed. I respect other people's privacy, but I am sociable and a good conversationalist. I spend a lot of time reading, researching, listening to the radio and podcasts. I have a background in Sociology and gender studies, personal care and student rights work. I am interested in many things especially culture, society, philosophy, psychology and even pointless trivia. I am fair-minded and considerate of others. I am interested in other people, without being intrusive. I accept people from all walks of life, all ages. With the exception of racist, misogynist, homophobic or people with very right-wing views. I'm currently on a pension with carer's allowance, and studying part-time, and doing some casual work. I am financially stable and always pay rent and bills in advance. I like things to be be agreed in advance, fair and reasonable. I have an impeccable rental history, long tenancies, and always pay my rent in advance. I have no debts, and am not fond of overt consumerism. I vape nicotine, and currently am smoking tobacco occasionally. I recently had a lapse back onto the tobacco. But am working my way back to just vaping again. I'm fine with cigarette smokers , but only outside, and away from my son, and someone who disposes of butts properly, keeps cigarettes, ashtrays etc out of reach please. I don't drink or take drugs. I’d prefer to share with same, but I'm tolerant of occasional drinkers, but no drugs please. I'm not a green thumb or very handy person. So would like a low maintenance property and/ or gardener included. Even better, I’d be open to share costs to hire a gardener and/or cleaner on a monthly basis. Also happy to negotiate fair rent in return for home help. Looking for someone who works part-time or full-time. Or another single parent with a child. Honesty and clear communication is a must. Also someone who understands children and what behaviour, content etc is appropriate/not appropriate for an 8 yo child is important. My son would love a pet. I'm not ready to get one yet. But he would love to interact with and help care for your pets, if you have any. Hope to hear from you soon!
I’m 33 years old and work in hospitality... I have my boy Yogi who is a must to stay with me. He’s very well behaved and loves making new friends. Would appreciate a pet friendly person to keep him company when I’m at work and he is an indoors dog. I’m clean and tidy and love watching TV with a glass of wine.
We are both friendly, down to earth people. We are mindful of other people's space, but do enjoy preparing/eating meals with others from time to time. Sarah is quite good at making baked goods, although that could be seen as a bad thing by some people! Both of us are crafty, quiet types, but that doesn't mean that we're silent shut-ins! We are looking for a place that's located on either the Lilydale or Frankston lines. Sarah is needing a room which would be large enough to fit her queen sized bed, and a desk in it. Lizzy is less particular, and would probably be happy living in a broom closet. Whilst we currently don't have any pets, we will be adopting a cat or two, and getting a nice aquascaped plattie tank going once we've moved in.
I’m currently on Centrelink I had a accident few mounts ago so I am unable to work atm I’m going to do a tafe course in the mean time and am looking for work I can do as I broke my spine in two places so I’m in recovery atm I’ve lived with strangers before so I can say I’m quiet keep to my self don’t smoke and as soon as I am able will get back in to gym and that life style
I have a room coming available in my house in Lilydale. Standard size 3.5 x 3.2m. Fits a double bed, draws and tv etc. 15 minute walk to station and main street aswell as 5 minute drive to chirnside park shopping centre. Location is awesome. 5 minutes to Yarra Glen and 12 minutes to Ringwood/Eastland. The property has parking off street. $180 pw, bills shared into thirds. Included in the rent is Internet and Garden Maintenance. You're welcome to use my netflix, Stan accounts. LED lighting throughout. Gas cooking. Will be sharing main bathroom with 1 other. $350 bond and 2 weeks rent to be paid in full and rent is 2 weeks in advance always. Beautiful large, modern, bright house. Easy to keep clean. Room has a built in wardrobe. Unfurnished bedroom. Bathroom has a large bath and there is extra storage room in the house and garage if needed also. I've furnished the house myself and everything is pretty new so need someone respectful and who is clean. I have 2 dogs and they are very friendly and super cute. They usually are either in my room or outside. :) MUST have a full time job and be willing to pay rent weekly or fortnightly. Bit about me: I am 23, a chef and real estate agent and I like to go out and have fun occasionally. I am friendly, honest and inclusive. I enjoy cooking, baking, and keeping active. Other housemate is also 23, works full time and keeps to herself. I prefer the household runs more like a home and not a sharehouse. We make dinners sometimes and are always up for a chat. Drama free household. We try to be conservative with energy and heating only really goes on in winter to save gas and power. I don't really have rules, the usual no throwing massive parties thing but you're welcome to have guests over. I just ask for Respect of the household furniture and items, respect for the people who live here and the neighbours. No children, Pets or couple's. Would suit a young professional or University student.
We have a rental in Woori Yallock and our lease ends in feb, we are wanting to move further down the line and be closer to our work so that is why we are moving. We currently have a house mate but very unsure if we wish for him to come with us. We’re happy to pay $225 max so looking for $450 for a full house to team up with another couple. We’re very easy to get along with and very clean as my partner has OCD and I just love living in a clean house. We cook them clean straight away and most nights will offer some food if we got spare pasta or something. We usually keep to our selfs and don’t party and if we do it’s never really at our house. We like respect from people and we will definitely give it back. We love piece and quiet as we work long how’s and 6 days a week
Hi! My name is Joel. I am 25 years old. Single. Non smoker and rare drinker. I am a quiet guy who keeps to himself mostly but i would love to cook up a meal to share from time to time or watch a movie with someone and have a chat too. I love animals and get along with both cats and dogs. I do have a maine coon cat but he will stay at my mums house (and hopefully come for an occassional visit if it suits everyone, if not thats ok!) I enjoy computer gaming and watching Netflix, movies etc. I dont play xbox/playstation. I enjoy going out but am not a party person. I have a few good friends and get along with my family (most of the time!) I am a final year apprentice chef but am taking a break after 3 years of split shifts working nights and days. I am now looking forward to some more work life balance. I receive a centrelink pension not newstart allowance which provides me a permanent income as i experience anxiety but enjoy working and am trying to find some part time work along with volunteer work which i like to do. I currently live in Montrose and pay 200pw including bills. I drive, own my car outright and can perform first aid! I am also a member of a Dungeons and Dragons board game group too! I am clean and tidy. Responsible and trustworthy. I am interested in politics, information technology and world events. I have great references and am happy to help out with household chores. I know how to put my doona into a doona cover, fold a fitted sheet, wash dishes, mow the lawn, operate a microwave and even a vacumn cleaner!!
Calm, relaxed, helpful, quiet, cheerful. I enjoy herbal tea, fruits and vegetables and reading. I'm a no drama, no hassle young lady who is always happy to help out and enjoys the company of others but can be left alone too. I always pay rent on time. I'm reliable, clean, honest and a great cook.
I'm a 23 year old full time administration worker for a scaffolding company in Clayton. I live a generally quiet lifestyle between work, gym and netball as I'm trying to save for bigger and better things one day. I love to cook and have an unhealthy relationship with Netflix (who doesn't)! I'm generally a hermit, I don't go out much as I don't like the hangover, however, I do occasionally go out and have a boogie with my pals.
I am quite a clean person who loves to create a homey place to live. I absolutely adore cooking for others and would fill your bellies with lovely treats and meals! I enjoy a good chat and a good party here and there, but mostly like to keep to myself and read a good book or binge a good TV show.
