I'm Sarah! Currently juggling two jobs (a winery and a bar/restaurant). I work every evening and am commencing TAFE in 2020, so my weeks are pretty full! Weekends and some week nights I'm either playing or training for footy so I love to stay fit. I'm super social, but I also appreciate my own space and quiet time. I have no pets, but a wicked collection of houseplants that I call my babies.
Hi there, hope your well. my names Teddy and I'm currently Looking for a place, in the leafy, bush and mountain areas, preferably with a backyard or so.e acreage with a mostly tranquil and relaxed atmosphere with like minded creatures. I love to socialise, hang out, & get to know you, share meals, bush walks, games & what not here and there, if you like, keeping in mind Im very independent. I'm into communal living however I'm totally open to other styles at this point in time. I have my head in the books/laptop alot as I Currently study naturopathy and next year will study vet nursing in lilydale. I do freelance graphic design, photography, gardening and delivery driving to pay the rent on top of ozstudy as my failsafe, so rent will always be paid on time. Feel free to ask for references from previous bungalows I've rented. I volunteer with animals and would like to continue to either rehabilitate wildlife or foster (chilled out, friendly) dogs ie greyhounds that spend most their time lazing about and not shedding their fur or barking. Just one at a time! unless more might be ok with everyone. I'm a relaxed, chilled out person, I like to feel im able to freely pot around the house or my own space, gardening, cooking, making preserves and flower essences in my down time or recluse to my own space for any amount of time while studying, recharging or creating. I'm never the type to invite boisterous, careless or untrustworthy people to the house as I don't want this energy in my space. Also I think having open communication about things is important in general and would like to live in an environment embracing this. I always pull my weight in the house chores and am diligent about cleaning up after myself and being mindful of others at all times. In summary tidy, respectful, quiet, kind, gentle, Laid back, open minded, left wing, vegetarian, communal, sustainable and environmentally conscious living, herbal medicine, wildlife, nature, always respects privacy, space and boundaries.
Possibly moving to Melb (from BNE) early to mid Oct 2019. Looking for shared accommodation for approx. 3 months. I am clean, organised, respectful and considerate of others. I have an adult daughter that may visit occasionally from BNE.

I'm a pretty neat, quiet Australian guy currently studying engineering full-time online, and looking for work in electronics or chemistry. I have a degree in science (applied chem), and 11+ yrs experience as an electronics tech. I'm a bit handy with computers, fixing some stuff around the house, and paying rent/bills on time. I clean up after myself, and like to keep a tidy, clean house, but not too fussy. I enjoy an occasional glass of wine/beer, a chat about politics/economics/technology/society..., video/board/card games computer programming, and maybe a little bit of gardening, but largely keeping to myself, not a party person. (Yes, I'm a bit of a nerd.) I can bring a PS3 and a few gardening tools. I'm fine with pets, though I don't have any. - Sam
