Great, large property just 10 minute walk from Claremont Quarter and less than a 5 minute walk from the Loch St train station, making it easy to get into Fremantle or Perth in roughly 15 minutes. Large backyard area for BBQing or a few drinks in the sun, as well as big indoor living room and dining room - we already have Stan and Netflix for you to jump on if you like to kick back at the end of the day with a movie or TV show. Big front lawn for parking your car off the street. Internet and gardening is included in the rent and the remainder of the bills (water, electricity and gas) amount to roughly $75 per person every 2 months.
Imagine the life you could have in this amazing residence! It is close to the beach, close to the river, two streets from the train, one street to the bus and only 2kms to the Claremont Quarter. It is in a quiet, friendly street just waiting for you. This beautifully designed house has lots of light and a beautiful back garden to relax in. There is also a courtyard and two huge living areas. There is reverse cycle air conditioning for your comfort, although the clever design means that we very rarely need to use it. There are two bedrooms available. One is huge and the other is a double-sized bedroom with a large walk-in wardrobe. The larger bedroom has two built-in wardrobes and the other has a walk-in wardrobe. Take your pick. The whole house is fully furnished. I am looking for a mature (40+) professional lady, as I, too, am a mature professional lady. The rent is $250 per week plus $55 per week for utilities, which includes wifi. No travellers or couples. Please contact me if you can see yourself enjoying life in this house.
This is a beautiful modern quiet and respectful home which is cleaned weekly (not by you), in a quiet cul-de-sac. All rooms a good size and everything apart from food and personal toiletries are provided. Fridge and pantry space provided for your food. Rent for a single is $250 and for a couple is $300. No contracts, just 2 weeks minimum, and 2 weeks notice required for leaving. Bond is also 2 weeks, which is refundable with a $50 once off cleaning fee.

I am a bubbly young professional and work as a teacher in Claremont. I live a busy life and enjoy going to the beach, travelling, hanging out with friends and cooking healthy meals. I have a Maltese/miniature poodle dog so I am looking for somewhere that is pet friendly. My ideal housemates would also be very clean and friendly.

It's a lovely house with nice old features like floorboards and high ceilings. There's a spacious backyard with an undercover alfresco area which includes a BBQ, and a massive lawn which gets plenty of shade so it's perfect way to spend a lazy afternoon relaxing. The shared spaces in the house have AC and are furnished (including plenty of indoor plants), so the only thing you'd have to bring is your own gear (can discuss providing the room as furnished if needed). There are also solar panels to soak up those rays and help keep the bills down! Off-road parking available if you have a car. Close to public transport including buses on Stirling Highway and Loch Street train station, both which run regularly. Less than 15 mins to the CBD and ~5 mins to UWA and Claremont Quarter. Plenty of shops, gyms, cafes and takeaway options nearby. Short distance to Cottesloe Beach. Room fits a double bed, and has a built-in-robe: $185/week (available in November) Bills not included, and split equally Happy to answer any questions and provide more photos if needed :)
Close to UWA, Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, Hollywood Hospital, public transport, local shops, gym, King's park. One of the bedrooms is available and the bathroom is shared with one other person. I am flexible with furnishings, depending on what you'd like to bring. Kitchen has most things you need and the separate laundry has a washing machine. The veggie garden is flourishing! To Perth city - 15 mins To Kings Park - 3 mins To Cottesloe Beach - 10 mins
Fast Wi-Fi connection with unlimited access throughout the flat. The spare room has a work desk with comfy chair as well as space to hang your clothes and shoes (see pics). We're steps away from the bus stop, a 10 minute bus ride to UWA, 5 minute walk from the grocery, pub and restaurants. Ideal for student but will be perfect for anyone looking to be close to everything. We also have a large BBQ available for use as long as you clean up after yourself and chip in for gas :) Washing machine within the flat so you save your coinage. We ask that you chip in on cleaning up common areas (i.e. bathroom, toilet, kitchen) as well as maintaining your room. Other than that, we're happy to have a flatmate who's laid back and not fussy.
I'm a bubbly 22 year old that loves a healthy lifestyle. I love a good night in with lame movies or the occasional casual weekend drinks. Most of my spare time will be spent down the beach or at a cafe somewhere eating food since I'll be working full time during the week. Always keen to make new friends but also respect privacy.

Hi! I'm an exchange student from Sweden studying a Bachelor in Peace and Conflict Studies and I'm arriving in Perth July 19. I'm really looking forward to study and live in Perth, but I do need a place to stay until around November 18. I'm easy to live with and I both like to hang out with friends and being on my own. I like to keep my room clean and organized and I always pay my rents on time. I'm a non smoking person and would like to live in a place where smoking is not allowed. In my sparetime I love to do sports and training and during my time in Perth I hope to be able to discover the city and it's surroundings and do a lot of fun activities. Best regards, Frida
Well, I'm a grown up and a normal person! A HR Manager by profession, I've shared with people around the world for many years before settling in Brisbane and making a home with my family at the time (partner and 2 boys), buying investment properties - the whole box & dice. Don't have any kids of my own but would like them one day. I'm clean and always tidy up after myself. Very respectful of other people's property and privacy. I like to keep in shape, don't smoke and rarely drink - quite boring really! Have been a bit of a gypsy the last 2 years, but I'm moving to WA to start a new, long-term career and wanting to find a quiet, clean place with outgoing and mature people. My plan is to rent / share for 6 - 12 months while I look for a place to buy. I have a group of friends in Perth already but looking to make new connections for sure.
I work as a disability support worker visiting people in their homes around the western suburbs. I'm friendly, creative, musical, honest, neat, healthy, and have respect for all walks and forms of life. I love mixing electronic music, PS4 and running. I have a strong belief that we are intimately connected within and without our universe.
Hi! We are two 22 years old exchange students from Sweden moving to Perth in the middle of July to study one semester at the University of Western Australia. Both of us will be studying at the Business School of UWA. Our semester there will be a part of our education back in Sweden, where Anna is pursuing a Bachelor in Business and Economics at Uppsala University and Katarina a Masters of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management at Lund University. We are both easygoing and enjoy socialising, exploring, traveling, sports and having an active life. Apart from that we definitely enjoy a wine or two sometimes and are looking forward to meet new friends during our stay in Perth. Of course both of us are tidy, organized and respectful with the people and the place where we live. We are looking for a fully furnished apartment in or nearby Cottlesloe, Mosman Park, Swanbourne or Claremont from end of July until middle of November. Also other areas in West Perth not too far away from Crawley are interesting, as well as rooms in a share house. Please get in touch if you would find us interesting as tenants - looking forward hearing from you! Kind regards, Anna and Katarina.
I moved to Perth from Texas for a job almost two years ago. I work standard hours during the week and am trying to experience Australia and meet more people in my spare time. I like to think I would be easy to live with, I am generally easy going and clean, especially in shared spaces. I work in the city, so getting there easily via public transport is a pretty high priority for me, and I would strongly prefer to have my own bathroom. Also, I have a car, but I am open to on or off street parking.
