The house is on a quiet street in a really nice area, and is less than a 10 minute walk to the train station and local shops. There's a big kitchen, and lots of off-street parking. The back garden has two levels with multiple entertainment areas and fire pits, as well as a random bathtub on a rock up at the back - need I say more?

I work 5-6 days a week, 6am - 6pm, so you won't see me too often. I generally keep to myself and a bit of a homebody, but love having a conversation. I am not a party thrower but I do love to join in when my housemates have parties. I really do appreciate a tidy/clean place. I don't own any pets, but I would love to have some. My parents always had cats and 1 dog so I am 'pet-trained'. I'm after a laid back, fun and friendly household that are able to go out for dinners/drinks together, and don't mind having guests sleep over every now-and-then. Banter is a must.

I'm have always been a traveller. Seeing the world. I'm coming back home to catch up with my family and friends before heading off again. I love adventure stuff including mountain bike riding, hiking and canyoning. The last two I do with University of Sydney bush walking club. Currently I love my Keto diet and I enjoy cooking for people. I have a car but I'm flexible whether I park it there or leave it with my family. The only storage I need is for two bicycles. (and it would nice to bring my coffee machine if there is room) The other mandatory thing I need is a good Internet connection for my work. Being within a 20 minute walk to a railway station would be an added bonus for me.

I’m a quiet person, I clean up after myself. I work full time as a wardsperson (or orderly) at a hospital. I do shifts which begin in either the morning, evening or night. I’ve lived in the Sutherland Shire for most of my life. On my days off I like to go to the movies or see what’s happening locally or in the city. I’m a vegetarian, it would be awesome if my flatmates were too, however it’s alright if they’re not. I’m pretty active politically and I’m studying marketing and communications at TAFE, so this all keeps me pretty busy. I’m very easy going, I’d just like a place with my own room, I don’t have a car, so I don’t need parking space, storage space would be nice, but it’s alright if there is none.
