-About the house: this is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms and 2 living area new home. In a quiet estate. It has the modern mod cons. -You: will have your own room. It can come furnished. You will share a bathroom with one other person. -You will need to provide proof of your work contract, and it is necessary for a national police check clearance as well. You need to be clean living and what I mean by this is not be affected by any substance. As the person who lives here is not and expects the same. - I am clean living and have a police and ww children checks clearance given the job role that I do. As a potential flatemate there will be a very low risk of rental breakdown. I am also asking that you must provide proof of employment and have a police clearance check. It seems that NPC is something that is being ask more and more often on flatemates. But, it is one way to reduce placement breakdown and get along with each other, and longivity on where you stay. It would be a positive experience over a negative one. - I am looking for someone who is independant and mature. Thanks
Hi, my name is Rob, I am a full time, employed house designer working for a well known builder in the outer Eastern area. Having moved from the inner suburbs of Melbourne recently, my job now centres around the Drouin area in Gippsland Vic. I am a single male, very clean and tidy, love movies, walks, good food and wine and great conversation. I am looking for a share house in Drouin for around 6 months, I am a non-smoker, no pets or bad habits, love a laugh, easy going and thoughtful of others.
You will find a clean, quiet, ducted heating and cooling house where you will be able to relax after a hectic day at work. We live in a beautiful residential neighbourhood and are only 2 minutes drive from the town centre. Coles, Woolworths, BWS, chemists, cafés, local bakery, McDonalds, Dominos, local butcher, restaurants, train station, bus stops and much more are easy access and also within walking distance. If you like to go for walks, you'll be glad to know that the two town trail access is just 1 minute walk from our place. Feel free to relax in the outdoor patio area where you might be tempted to have breakfast, lunch, coffee break or dinner outside on warmers days/nights. If you feel more like relaxing inside; Netflix, unlimited internet access are available. We also have blind to windows which ticks the box if you want to sleep in without being disturbed. We both are in our early forties and work. So, we might not see our guests very often but remain available for any assistance. The household is quiet as we are no party do-ers. Privacy is our Number One motto. The only time we might access your bedroom is if you’ve left your window open on a rainy day! Any question, just shoot us an email!
Thinking about renting rooms out of my brand new house approx 2km out of Warragul town. Best suited to young people like myself (20s). I currently have no pets as I am still doing landscaping. Roommate must be clean and tidy and respect my new house!! I do sometimes have people over on Friday and saturday nights socially. If you are keen or want to find out any more information please contact me.
Brand new house with all required facilities. Bed, Mattress, Washing machine, fridge, Big cupboard, microwave etc, plenty of parking space off street which is very quiet usually, big backyard, basic cooking utensils available.
commuting student about to finish bachelors in science and start a masters in education. Working part time, very clean and organised with a minimalist aesthetic. So not have pets but would love a cat or small dog if the renter permits.
