I will be moving up from Victoria to start work in Lismore in early Feb. I am looking for a place shorter-term before my girlfriend moves up a few months later - we will find our own place then if you prefer not to have couples in the house. I have lived in share houses before and always clean up after myself and am happy to do jobs around the place as needed. I would prefer to live with other people in their 20s or early 30s who are reasonably social and don't mind going out for the odd drink.
Hello, I am looking for a place to rent preferably in Ballina. I work a full time traineeship as well as study part time. i am clean, organised and a relaxed individual. i am 20 years old and have lived out of home for just over a year now. i lived in two places over the last year. The first i left as it was a bit of a party house and i couldnt participate as much when i got my traineeship. and the second i have just moved out from as i was asked to leave due to my housemate having family issues resulting in a family member having to move in. I enjoy eating healthy and exercising and i am not at home all the time. i stay at my partners house a fair bit and she usually stays at my house on other nights. I play rugby league, Union, and touch football throughout the year. I'm laid back and always happy to help out where i can Regards, Caleb

Brand new home to share with my sister and myself. We are both active and work full time. Walking distance to Wollongbar TAFE and bus stop very close by. Located in a quiet street. We have 1 female blue heeler with a gentle nature. She is an inside/outside dog. Unfortunately we don't really want anymore dogs to reside with us. 2 rooms are available, both furnished with a bed and built in robe but no drawers. We would prefer someone around our own age (25-35ish), who has a healthy lifestyle, who likes their own space and is clean and tidy. No smoking (in the house), or drugs. Bills are included in rent.

We have a room available for long or short term rent. The room is comfortable, fresh with built-in wardrobes and a north facing window overlooking a dam. Surrounded by lush lawn, gardens, and pasture, with cool tree shaded areas to relax in. Beautiful 3 bedroom home in central Ballina. Walking distance to shops and gym. It has a spacious, low maintenance yard with furnished undercover BBQ area. Your bedroom has its own built in wardrobes roughly 3.5m long. Inside each bedroom has its own ceiling fan as well as a split system A/C in the living area with enough capacity to cool/heat the entire house. Living room has an extremely comfortable lounge to enjoy and tv has ps4 with Netflix that you would be more then welcome to use. Bathroom has both a bath and separate shower and the kitchen has a spacious pantry and fridge for whatever your culinary preferences may be. Garage space open for discussion with right person. Basically its a pretty sweet house. If you want any photos just message me and we can sort it out :)
Detached fully furn room private entrance. Walking distance to shops, busstop & CBD. Room has double bed, fridge, tv/dvd, microwave, cooking facilities. Share bathroom/toilet in main house. Tranquil garden setting & inground pool. Would suit quiet & mature people. No pets.
The house is a cute weatherboard home with good surrounding neighbors. The local shops, doctors surgery and Southern Cross University are all within walking distance with the town center only a short 5 minute drive away. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 with built in wardrobes (my room and a spare), and another that has been converted into a study/lounge room. The kitchen has everything you'll need including a spare smaller fridge. It is quite a decent sized block of land with a big backyard and a sizable deck with a BBQ and firepit.
Easy going, friendly person. In my free time I like to keep active and am involved with various environmental groups. Depending on the community I can either be either outgoing or quiet/ reserved :) My main expectation in sharehouse living is the everyone cleans up after themselves in order to maintain cleanliness in communal areas like the kitchen and bathrooms.
Hi, I'm an Intern Doctor starting at Lismore Base Hospital in the coming weeks. I am looking for interim accommodation before I need to move offsite for a placement. I am quiet, will be very busy with work and trying to stay active and love to cook!
Hi, I'm Lucy. I'm 22 years old and moving to Lismore in January 2017 to start work as a registered nurse (which will involve shift work). I'm an easy-going and friendly individual and love the outdoors, games and sports (including netball and basketball), and socialising with others. Whilst I love social activities, I also appreciate quiet time when I can relax, have a cup of tea and read a book. I'm looking to move into a share house with several other people around a similar age, who are friendly and welcoming.
I'm 18, a full time student at Southern Cross University and I work 3 jobs so I'm fairly busy a lot. I'm Looking for people around my age to live with, as I need to be closer to work and university. I'm a fun and outgoing girl, I'm always up for making new friends :) Send me a message if you're interested in living with me!
It's a gorgeous home with timber floors, air conditioning, renovated bathroom, modern design kitchen, big backyard, veggie garden, close to uni, carport space, space for office, the landlords are awesome and so is the gardener! I eat meat so that doesn't bother me if you do. I don't drink alcohol or take drugs or smoke and I will only share with someone else who is the same in this regard.
Hi I'm Nikki, I am 25 years old and work in the education/outdoor recreation industry. I love being active- surfing, hiking, pretty much anything outdoors. I have been living in Bondi, Sydney for the past year however I am ready for a more chill lifestyle where I can still enjoy the east coast.
Hello! I'm easygoing, enjoy seeing live music, grabbing a beer at the pub, spending time at the beach, travelling, yoga, reading and writing, I'm vegan and love to cook. I have a 3 year old puppy named Jessie. She is an English Staffy x American Bulldog - beautiful dog with a great temperament, loves people and other dogs. Bonus if you own a dog so Jessie has a puppy friend but not necessary! Looking for fun, friendly and laid-back people to live with. Respect for space and privacy are important but I also like chilling/hanging out with my housemates! Would rather something longer term but happy for short term as well. $300 incl bills is my max, ideally love something a bit cheaper though! Cheers!
I am a friendly and clean person. I work hard I do not smoke and enjoy a chat with the company I am in. I am a track work rider in Sydney but am relocating to Ballina racecourse. I am originally from Coffs Harbour where my family still live.
I'm looking to find a long-term home at least a year or longer, if all works out well. I'm definitely into calm and quiet in my home environment. I'm not a party animal, although I do enjoy relating with people when it happens, and having thoughtful and thought-provoking conversations. But basically I'm quite self-contained, independent and enjoy being quiet. Re shared areas; - I believe I'm a very considerate, aware and respectful sharer of space. I leave the most minimal footprint possible and clean up as immediately as possible after creating food in the kitchen. As far as my life style/interests are concerned: I'm a teacher who recently retired from working with Indigenous adolescents in central Australia for several years, and before that in Wilcannia and northern NSW. I've just been accepted into a Dru Yoga Teacher Training course; I attend two Dru yoga classes a week. I'm a regular volunteer at the Northern Rivers Community Gallery in Ballina (one or two shifts a week) I'm a creative who delights in the aesthetic in all aspects of living. I'm a keen gardener and enjoy planting food, herbs and flowers. I love eating good food and cooking, particularly different ethnic foods. I guess if I were asked to encapsulate what I love and believe in, one word would have to be *diversity* and one concept would have to be *unity in diversity*. I'm a traveller and a seeker and always will be. Suffice it to say I can wax lyrical about things I feel passionate about, and act upon them as well.
My partner and I have relocated to the area from the sunnie coast. We're looking to find a place that is super relaxed with people that are easygoing and enjoy getting out and enjoying life. We're clean, tidy and looking for a place to call home ✌️
I'm easy to get along with, I have a beautiful old beagle named Bella and a small snake called Monty. I work full time and am reliable with rent. I'm interested in travel and I want to study biology some day.
I respect other people's personal space and property. Looking for a central situation preferably with own bathroom. I'm retired and have many interests that take me away from the home: walking, tai chi, yoga, bridge etc. I recently moved to Ballina and don't anticipate buying a property for at least 1 year. I like animal and children.
