I have a sweet fur baby, Hugo, who brings me so much joy and has the beginnings of service dog training. In my dream household, effective communication is key, and I love to come together for communal cooking/ dinners, movie nights or boardgames. I am neurodiverse and I want to make sure that my executive dysfunction and various struggles are not going to get in the way of a functional household. LGBTQIA+ rights are important to me, and I strive to create a welcoming space for all. I am currently homeless and while my friends have been very kind about offering a roof over my head, I would like to settle down and get out of their hair. My dream is to become an artist or an art teacher, and I plan on starting university in 2026 to work towards that goal. Otherwise, I am currently on welfare payments and am looking into the DSP with my doctors.

Hi there :) I am looking for a place to call home with my female indoor BURMESE CAT - I put this in bold as often people don't see that I have a cat. My Burmese girl is 10 and has recently lost her brother and I am ideally looking to share a house or townhouse with another female (female only) of a similar age who also has a cat (preferably male) or is ok with my adding a Burmese kitten to the household. I am seeking to team up with another person in areas from around Edgehill, Stratford, freshwater, Redlynch to the northern beaches. I am looking to move starting from end of October or earlier if the fit is right however do not need to leave my current lease until May 2025 so have plenty of time however have recently obtained an ankle injury so need to be closer to cairns facilities than I currently am. I work in an admin role for a government department. I work from home 4 days per week and attend the office in Cairns once per week. So whoever I live with needs to be ok with me being home alot. I have significant intolerances to smoke so cannot live with smokers, indoor or outdoor. My Burmese girl is very loving and affectionate and enjoys human interaction so sharing with someone who has a cat also or likes cats is really important. My girl is indoor only and use a litter tray though it would be great to set up a cat enclosure in a backyard if the option arose. Ideally looking up to $350 a week for my share of rent (looking for a house up to $700 a weekish shared between two). I have my own furniture. Thanks in advance 😊
