I love Sydney and plan to pass through, and require a place to stay from time to time, when I get the chance to be involved in new research. Currently, after a place to stay for possibly 1 month. I love the outdoors, particularly going to the beach. Another guilty pleasure of mine is going to the day spa, when I can afford too.. I enjoy hot and cold therapy and a good facial. I love animals (dogs particularly). When I am at home and not exercising or enjoying nature I like to keep to myself, am quiet and enjoy to watch Netflix and relax.

I am looking for somewhere peaceful to call home for myself and my two female, indoor only rescue cats, who are also quiet, tidy and clean! I spoil them and they have plenty of toys and attention, so they never scratch furniture or anything that is not a scratching post/toy of their own. My budget is $550 pw. I am looking for somewhere until April/May 2025 at this stage. I work for the NSW Govt and am studying a Diploma. In my spare time I also volunteer for an animal rescue organisation in Sydney. I do have some pieces of furniture, but am happy to work around what is already in the property. I have a car, but happy with on-street parking. G’day I’m Joe, I’m a 27yo bloke originally from the Hunter Valley and have been living/working full-time in Lane Cove as a physiotherapist. I’m a pretty easy going guy who likes a chilled evening when I get home, love socialising with friends when they’re around but also a big fan of a quiet night in, especially if it’s been a busy week. I love a good laugh and chat but also enjoy my own space. I’m a big sports fan in general, particularly AFL and the EPL. Love to get out and about when I can but also always seem to have a tv show that I’m binge watching. I am often busy with football on the weekends and during the week with training so can be out of the house quite often. I currently live with my girlfriend who is moving to the UK in June for 12 months, I will be leaving at the end of September 2024. I am looking for a place to live from the start of June to the end of September and can be flexible with rent & furnishings.
