Planning Ahead for 2026! I grew in Melbourne and am Victorian at heart, but am currently working in my new (dream) career in Canberra. However, the my next goal is to live in Sydney. I love the weather, the people, the beaches and the history of NSW. It's my happy place anytime I visit. I'm seeking a room, studio or 1 bedroom apartment to rent with low maintenance, and a place to keep my new sports car as well. I plan to keep my current role and work out of our Sydney CBD office. Ideally I'm hoping to find a garage, or car port as I'd prefer not to leave my car unsecured. As a housemate, I'm happy to help out with my car if you need a lift here or there. I'm highly social and have a strong close-knit group of friends scattered around Melbourne and Canberra (and the world), but ironically I do value my Zac time alot and practice solitude. I'm very quiet, polite and mindful of others in real life - integrity is part of my job. I don't drink, smoke or use drugs, and while I don't mind what others do, I'd prefer not to be around any illicit behaviour for safety and security. I'm too straight edge, but definitely not boring ! I love to go on road trips, travel Australia, visit local icons and hot spots and enjoy things like concerts, the AFL, cricket and hopefully one day get into the NRL as well once I move. I also enjoy cooking, but sometimes I just like going out and being lazy with food. I'm a bit of a gym junkie, and my other hobbies include painting, the guitar, piano, reading, table tennis and day dreaming ! Aside from the above, I'm also an academic, pursuing my Honours and Master's (forever deffering) and hope to continue studying outside work. So as a housemate, I'm always either quietly working away at something, or just staying out of trouble. Thank you for consideration, happy to consider Team Ups if you think we're a good fit as well.
