Hi All, I'm a 21-year-old male looking for short to long-term accommodation in the Mandurah-Dawesville area. I don't have any children, pets, or a partner. I don't smoke, I don't drink, and I don’t do drugs. I am currently working full-time, 5 days a week. I do Landscape Gardening & Reticulation. My current weekly budget for rent is $275 p/w, and I will have no issues paying this on time each week. I'm a respectful and tidy person and like to keep to myself, but I also don't mind company. I am very clean and organised and would prefer sharing with someone like-minded. I'm easy-going and enjoy a good laugh. In my spare time, I lift weights at the gym and I go on long walks.
