Located very close to the beach, less than 5 minutes walking distance, able to see the ocean from the house. Reasonable size backyard, Marino train station at the end of the street. Close to Marion shopping center and the Hallett Cove walking trail. There are bbqs in the park, which is right near by, great for a cook up while watching the sun set. 🙂
We have a giant house with one spare bedroom in chilled out Kingston Park right next to Seacliff Surf Club - just a short stroll to the beach. The house is huge with four bedrooms and two bathrooms and a massive living/dining area and separate tv room. The main bedroom has an ensuite so the main bathroom will be shared with only one other person. The bedroom is very large and currently furnished with a queen bed, mirror, desk and chair (if you have your own furniture we can discuss further). We also have a spare bedroom for family/guests to stay. We are looking for someone mature who has experience living in shared housing, pulls their weight with housework and who is close to our ages (late 20’s to mid 30’s). We are all pretty down to earth, play lots of sport (soccer/rugby) and enjoy spending time together at home drinking wine, having dinner parties or watching a DVD. Our house is our sanctuary and so we don’t have big house parties or lots of friends over often but we do love to socialise and hang out. We’re all pretty busy and would prefer someone who is working full time or studying postgrad. Also, you must LOVE DOGGOS. Flin is our house dog and he is super affectionate and loves cuddling with everyone (especially guys and blondes).
I am a nursing student who is in need of a cheap place to live. I keep to myself and am very clean and tidy
Hi, I am looking for the place to rent for the next 3+ years. I have my own furniture, kitchen appliances, fridge and washing machine, so ideal it would be granny flat or independent part of the house with the private bathroom. I am honest and decent person, if you have dog that will be bonus for me as I love dogs.

Great rental history.
Hey guys I am 25, I work as an Emergency Nurse at Flinders Medical Centre. I consider myself quite clean and tidy, used to help manage a property for the previous landlord (lived there for 4yrs). I do like to socialise with my fellow housemates, but do acknowledge the need for personal space and privacy, and I am quite respectful of that. During my downtime I enjoy watching and playing sport (run/swim/basketball), also enjoy the odd surf session. I love to travel, so I would take spontaneous trips and backpack somewhere for a few weeks at a time every month or two. If I am too knackered for all of the above after a busy week I just like to chill on the couch and binge watch Netflix. I don't smoke, I drink only on social occasions. I have no pets but I am a definitely dog person. I am currently looking for somewhere to move in for 6 months with high possibility of extending it to a year.
Hello, My name is Andrew and am looking for a room in Adelaide's Southern suburbs. The reason I am moving is that my landlord is selling her house. Here is a little bit of information about myself: I am a 30 year old male who is originally from Canada and have lived in Australia for about 4 years total. I originally came to visit Australia 7 years ago and loved it so much that I told myself I would come back to live forever. I was finally able to secure my permanent visa so I could live my dream. I have a couple university degrees and am currently trying to get into medical school. I also currently work full time for the government. My job is pretty full on and I sometimes need to wake up at 5:30am, so need to be well rested. It is important that I am living in a place that is quiet, especially at night after 11pm. I am a quiet person but enjoy going out and having a good time once in a while. I enjoy hiking, fishing, gardening and just relaxing in the outdoors in general. I am also a very passionate cook and love making food for others. Over the past few years I have lived primarily with females. In my experience, they have generally been more respectful/clean/not excessive partiers. This is my preference, but am open to live with anyone as long as we are on the same page. I must mention that I always pay rent on time. Additionally, I have a home gym so having an outdoor covered area for this would be ideal. Finally, I am very neat and tidy, a clean home is a happy home! I look forward to taking a look at your place if we seem like we would be compatible flat mates. Please send me a message with a little about yourself/s and we will go from there. Oh and cannot live with cats (allergies) Thank you for the consideration! Regards, Andrew
Hi. I'm an Author, like my space, and some quiet time to work on my books. I'm tidy neat, and I'm a nonesmoker. I'm little reserved, but not a rude person. I have no pets, and can't be around pers due to my Allergies. Have a wonderful day
2 storey, 3 bdrm home in block of 3, with very quiet, respectful and friendly neighbours. 2 minute drive to Seacliff Beach, close to Marion Shopping Centre, Flinders Uni and Hospital. No backyard, but ridiculously great view of the ocean from the balcony. House is fully furnished apart from your future bedroom with washer, dryer, etc. Lots of hidden nooks in the house, with a beautiful sun room and the main bathroom is all yours as we have the ensuite. The third bedroom is a spare. Very relaxed household; in the near 6 years I’ve been sharing I have had 2 solid, long-term housemates who are still great mates of mine - my current housemate is going into the army, hence my need for a new one! I’m no neat freak and if you are we may not be a great fit, but I do still like things kept tidy and hygienic. To save any confusion, please keep this in mind before applying: I may be a “working professional”, but I’m relatively laidback and like to vegetate on my couch with junk. Applicants must not be easily offended. Happy to share Netflix and Stan logins if I like ya, too.
I'm a neat a tidy person who will keep to myself mostly, unless you want a new friend, because I'm also up for that. I work a lot, so I'm not at home much, other than nights. I also love to cook and I find cleaning therapeutic sometimes too. I'm from Adelaide, born and bred and think it's the best city to live in. For fun, I like to get creative, go out and also just stay in for a good movie.
I work 5+ days a week as a roofer/plumber. I'm a bit of a recluse, so a bit quiet, but with a good sense of humor. I'm organised, clean and will help out with anything I am able to. I also have a very well trained, loyal and very friendly 4 year old Staffy X called Zeus who is very intelligent and a bit of a ladies man. Plus, accompanying Zeus and myself is his playful 6 month old puppy Odin. They are both quiet, house trained and very affectionate. They both draw attention wherever we go relishing in the free pats from young and old alike. 6+ month with option to renew lease would be ideal for the boys and I. Somewhere South of Anzac Highway across between Goodwood and Unley Roads and down as far as Seacombe Road and up to Happy Valley is generally where I'm looking to settle down. This gives me a stable base to set up for work, and a long awaited home my boys can finally settle in. Bond and rent will never be a issue that can be paid either in cash, or via bank transfers. P.S: Don't let looks deceive you. The boys and I may just surprise you.
Yes, a male and a female. No, we're not dating. We both work for Telstra, I'm into fitness and being outdoors and gaming. Joel's into food and gaming. We work at Westfield Marion. Both a little bit shy at first, but then very friendly.

Although I keep to myself alot I like to live in a bit more of a homely environment with housemates I can communicate and hang out with but also know when to respect eachothers space Look forward to hearing from future housemates Cheers

Hi I'm Chris, a 22yo Bar Manager with a passion for hospitality. I like to keep the fridge full of cold beers and hummus. When I'm not working I'll probably doing some form of activity whether it be playing guitar or going to the gym. I don't eat anything that comes from an animal, so you don't have to worry about me stealing your snacks. Always down for a cheeky beer.

We are good friends who met through footy, and we would love another friendly, easy-going person to move out with. A little about us: Annie - Finished uni last year, now working as a full time Occupational Therapist. Love the beach, sport, a good movie and a good wine. Non-vego. Lauren - Full time PhD student on a scholarship, who likes the outdoors, animals, going for a kick and finishing the week with a glass of vino. Vego. We'd love to have a chat and get to know you! :)
