Location:- The Logan Golf Club in a 10 minute drive and Gold Coast is a 45 minute drive or you could take the train which takes 1 h 28 mins. Brisbane is only a 30 minute drive or the train from Loganlea Station takes 36 minutes. The train station is 6 minute drive or you could ride your bike which will take you approximately 12 minutes. There is a lot of green space and several parks in the area. This is a small complex of 5 duplexes. Mine is in the middle one, beside the common area which is small but big enough for a gathering or just sitting in the sun. Education: - There is a high school walking distance and the Griffiths University, Logan Campus is a short 8 minute drive as well as The Logan Hospital. Shopping:- KFC is on the corner of Mark Lane and McDonald’s beside Aldi on the corner of Bourke St and Anytime Fitness if next to Aldi. Just a bit further along Chambers Flat Rd you will find Marsden Park Shopping Centre. Parking:- is on-street only but the driveway can be used to off load shopping, etc. Shared areas:- include storage, bathroom with separate tub and shower and toilet. Upstairs there is also a study area and lounge area. Downstairs is the shared lounge, air-conditioned and kitchen and laundry. Off the lounge area is an al fresco dining area. The house is a no smoking zone but smoking is allowed outside, but please be mindful of any open windows. Bedrooms:- The larger bedroom has its own ensuite and walk-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and air-conditioner. The other bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans. Internet:- will be available.

Hi, we are Todd and Jess, we are looking at renting down stairs of our place. We are looking for someone neat, tidy and sociable to move in. Must like being around animals as we have 2 dogs, a cat and a bird. down stairs has 1 large bed room with built in's (2), own bathroom with shower, large living area and access from off street parking (Please keep in mind though the living area down stairs doesn't get used often this inst exclusive) the living area has been set up and wont be changed. There are internal stairs making it easy to come and go to the kitchen when ever, and there is access to the laundry from down stairs. The house is located close to Kingston train station and Logan Central. There is a large entertaining area set up with outdoor setting, bbq, and small bar fridge ready to have a few quiet drinks. Smokers welcome but please keep it outside. Unlimited internet is included but Power and water will be divided up or happy to discuss. Sorry no couples and no kids - no offence . .
The room you would be staying in is 6.5 by 4 meters so enough room for a bed, couch and tv etc. It's also downstairs with no internal access which is good for privacy but the shower and kitchen is upstairs. We have a pretty great back deck with a bbq etc. There's under cover parking, the bus stops almost out the front of the house and we're close but not that close to the train line. Ideally would like someone who's either studying or working but will look at anyone who applies.
