I’m pretty busy for the majority of the work week and am out of the house from 7:30am-6:00pm Monday to Friday with some changes depending on events that are on. I have lived in shared houses before a In terms of what I’m looking for, it’s really important to not feel like I’m living with strangers so a certain level of friendship is preferable. Within 20 minutes of CBD is an essential. Cleanliness is a bare minimum and I would expect the same requirements from my roomies. I think this is pretty standard though and am happy to pay for monthly/ fortnightly cleaners if this is a pre-existing agreement! I would be spending a few nights here and there at my partners, and would hope that occasional friends and visitors would be okay too. Once again, not a frequent thing but it would be nice to know this would be a possibility if the occasion were to come up!
