Hey I’m looking for a private room in apartment .Budget is $350 inc all bills
I prefer modern place that is clean and tidy. I prefer to live with quiet people who don’t smoke or drugs . I work 6/7 days so won’t be home during day , only evenings.
Looking for area within 20 mins to CBD. Must be close to metro, train, bus stop. Can include crows nest , north Sydney, chippendale , pyrmont Mascot, Zetland, Wolli Creek, Rosebery , Alexandria Surry Hills, Newtown, St Peter’s, crows nest.
Can move in asap or from January
