Hey I’m looking for a private room in apartment .
Budget is $350 inc all bills for share bathroom
Or $400 inc bills own bathroom. Ideally I don’t to share bathroom.
I prefer modern place that is very clean and tidy. I prefer to live with people who don’t smoke, drugs, or cook too much or loud at night as I sleep around 9pm. I work 6/7 days so won’t be home during day , only evenings.
Looking for anywhere within 15 mins to CBD. Mascot, Zetland, Wolli Creek, Surry Hills, north Sydney/ Chippendale, pyrmont , chippendale. Newtown, St Peter’s, crows nest.
Can move in asap or from January
