We are a friendly, clean, and incredibly respectful couple looking for a private room in Sydney. We are seeking a place to call home from July 10th until mid-November 2026. Our weekly budget is around $500 - $550 (ideally including bills).
About us:
I am a hospitality professional working here in Sydney, and my partner is Japanese working in hospitality too. We are both very tidy, independent, and well-organized individuals who value a peaceful, comfortable home environment.
During the week, we are quite busy with work and our daily routines. In our free time, we enjoy cooking, staying active, exploring the city, and relaxing. We love a good chat over coffee or a meal with our housemates, but we also highly respect everyone's privacy and personal space. We are definitely not looking for a party house, but rather a warm and friendly home.
What we are looking for:
A private room (furnished preferred).
A location in central areas or suburbs with excellent public transport connections (train/bus/light rail) to the CBD.
A clean, tidy, and respectful living environment with flatmates who share similar values.
