Hi all, We are looking for a tidy, friendly, respectful housemate. You will be living with Margaux, female, 27, Amanda female, 30 and a cute cavoodle puppy, Willow (she loves cuddles). We both work full-time, enjoy spending time with friends, getting outdoors and going to the gym. We also like to cook the odd meal together. The house is a large, renovated home with big bedrooms, built-in wardrobes and plenty of space located on a quiet street. House is furnished, besides the bedroom. It is close to the shops, town and the beach! Bond is 4 week's rent ($600). Bills are extra (house has gas, so electricity bill is always pretty low!). unlimited wifi is an extra $20/ month.
Hi, I’m Sarah. I’m looking for a relaxed place to live, preferably around the Mayfield area. I graduated Masters and work in full time in mental health. I enjoy a wine and catch up with housemates, I'm tidy and like contributing to the household as I’ve lived with others for many years and understand the sharehouse dynamics. I like surfing, hockey, DnD and nice night In catching up on Netflix. Throw me a line if you feel like we’d be a good fit!
It’s a big house with a new kitchen and bathroom. Including a shed with a ping pong and pool table. It’s a 10-15 minute drive to shops, uni and the city. If you’re a local to the surrounding suburbs of the city then convenience is all you’ll find!
I will have all furnishings besides your room, I may have to buy a few more bits here and there though as we go. The house has tall fences for privacy and off street parking if you require. Obviously internet and all that jazz may take a week or two to set up once moving in on the 5th.
2 br with separate lounge and dining area, cute, recently renovated (photos are obviously from real estate ad), floorboards, gas cooking and water, air con in lounge room. Internet, stan and netflix included in rent. Massive backyard with garage. Close to town, shopping centre, cafe, tafe and Uni.
Looking for someone to share a beautiful, large, fully furnished home in Tighes Hill available late April. Big bedroom (unfurnished) with huge built in. Leafy, amazing little garden, polished floorboards and high ceilings. Live with one female, (In my 30s, work as a stylist, spare time skater) and an excited, slightly neurotic kelpie. Looking for an easygoing, friendly, respectful, honest, tidy flatmate to share with. Must be dog friendly. $200 per week plus utilities. This is what my current flatmates review ... In 6 weeks I will be leaving hands down, the raddest housemate and best vibes home I have ever had. While this is sad news for me it could be an amazing opportunity for someone else. Big room with built ins, goregous old house with bulk sweet plants and unique style comes with special doge and the best house mate/ drinking buddy/ counsellor and skate coach a human could ask for. Situated in the thriving hub of Tighes Hill with ample parking. The back yard is a little forest perfect for drinking your woes away. Enquire within ✌
Hi! I'm Jessica from Newcastle and I'm looking to move into a new place around hamilton, broadmeadow, cooks hill, merewether etc. IDEALLY LOOKING TO MOVE MID MARCH/APRIL. I work as a photographer and in marketing. I've recently finished a few years of travel and I'm ready to settle back down in Newcastle! During the week I am pretty busy with work and gym and on the weekends I love to go for walks, grab coffee, socialise and have a couple of drinks. A good netflix binge is also a favourable activity. I'm easy to get a long with, love to cook, respectful towards others and always up for a bit of fun. I like my own space but I am also happy to socialise. I have a wonderful cat that I adore and I hope to move somewhere where he can come along. He spends his time following me around or sleeping, so he definitely shouldn't be an issue!
Hi I'm Steph, I'm a QLD original who has been living in Newcastle for the past year. A bit about me – I'm a super friendly, easy going and social person. I work full time, so between that, sneaky afternoon beach visits and a bit of sports/gym - my Mon-Fri life is kept pretty busy. On weekends I am pretty active/social also so provided the sun is out, you won't catch me indoors! ☀️ I'm a clean and tidy person and hoping to find a roommate/s of similar age and traits. I've lived in sharehouses for several years now and understand the importance of personal space, but I'm always up for wine and a cheese platter also! I like home to feel homely, so I’d preferably like to live with people I don’t just brush shoulders with in the hall way. Not looking for a party house but most definitely up for social events! Off street parking would be ideal (not a must); wifi would be great also. If I sound like your kind of housemate please send me a message 😁
Hey! I'm looking for 1 person to look for a rental with me. I'm a full time uni student at UoN studying a Bachelor of Nursing in my 2nd year. I also have a hospitality job and am about to start seeking AIN work. I'm a pretty chilled person and as I'm now in my 30's I don't party as much as I used to but do enjoy a quiet night in with a bottle of red and Netflix. A lot of the time I'm just quietly studying. I'm pretty neat and tidy and enjoy having things look nice! I love to have lots of plants around and having a space with a sense of peace is very important to me. I have 2 white indoor-only cats and would therefore be seeking a pet friendly rental. They have their own insta - @willowandchino I try to stay relatively healthy and on Sunday you'll often find me in the kitchen prepping my healthy lunches for the week. When I'm in routine I also go to the gym in the mornings. I have a full house of furniture that is only around 2 years old, including a new grey modular lounge, 55" flatscreen, front load washer and dining setting. I do not have a fridge, but can purchase, however it would be great if you have one. I'm seeking a housemate that is either around my age or is a professional - parties in moderation and can contribute to cleaning etc. It would be nice to have a housemate that I can share a meal with occasionally or just come with me on a walk. Housemate must be LGBT friendly, willing to split bills, and respectful of the space.
Hi, I'm Nick I am a joyful, easy going, cheery, clean and respectful housemate. I work full time in government and enjoy adventures, chats, animals, food and travel. Let me know if you think I am worthy to be your housemate.
I'm 34, have a background in Horticulture and about to start full-time study at the TAFE. I'm pretty easy-going and keen to meet some others who want to share the occasional drink or meal. I'm tidy and reliable and all-around good guy!
Hey there my name is Josie and i’m 25 years old. I work full time as a Registered Nurse (shift work) and i’m very easy to get on with & definitely a people person! I love animals (but don’t have any) and i’m very clean and tidy. I like to have a good time but also enjoy down time. My friends would describe me as high energy and someone who loves to have a laugh. Looking for somewhere preferably close to newy cbd :)
AIN, 26, female, happy and considerate, respectful and clean. Looking for a bit more of a long term place, hate the thought of having to move every 12 months or less! I have a previous six years rental history in the one location (can provide reference upon request) with a real estate. I am ready for a change of scenery, so I am looking for a nice and chilled (and easily accessible via public transport, as I do not currently own my own car) place to live ASAP. Just txt me if you have any questions or would like to know more info about me. :) my contact number is in my profile picture!
Im easy to get along with. I love to socialise with roomies but will happily keep to myself. I clean and tidy, Love to get out of the house and spend most of my time either at uni, gym, beach or the bar with friends. Im a third yr Business student working part time. Am always down for a coffee or a beer on a Sunday morning !
I’m looking for a room to rent long term, males or females I’m not fussed, preferred around the same age to early 30’s. Let me know if I could be a fit for your house 🤙🏼
Hey Im 25, I'm a nurse and work different shifts each week. I was living in Sydney for the last good while but was ready for a change and am excited to be back in Newy. I’m pretty easy going, not overly opinionated, clean-ish and don’t mind to help around the house. Ill (hopefully) try and get into the parkrun at Carringon on Saturdays, don’t mind going to gigs every now and again, and hopefully get a bit of a plant collection going. I don't really mind where I live, if its old or new, but would probably prefer a house with a yard, compared to an apartment for those serene, sunset beers . Im flexible with a move in date. I can't be bothered paying the $30 to upgrade my account so send me a message if you think Ive got potential to become your new mate/housefriend

Hey my name is Veronica, currently living in Newcastle but considering moving to Bundaberg to be closer to my Aunty. I am a disability support worker and also previously have worked as a bar attendant in leadership roles for 8 years prior to becoming a support worker. I’ve been a support worker for 4 years, recently gone through a break up in Newcastle NSW, so I’m currently homeless and couch surfing some nights, sleeping in a tent other nights with my puppy Sox. Ideally would like to find somewhere to stay in Newcastle first while I get back on my feet and then possible make the move to Queensland to be closer to family.
