Looking for housemates to find a share-house somewhere around the vicinity of UC. I have lived on campus (doing Medical Science at ANU) and with housemates but we are going different ways next year. I enjoy being outside, as i grew up on and regularly go back to a family cattle farm. Also i tend to procrastinate by cooking and cleaning. Looking to move late December.
I'm currently still completing year 12, and intend to do further study at UNI. I've been working at a cafe for 3 years and enjoy it very much. I can be a social person, chat about mutual interests and enjoy getting to know people. I also enjoy my alone quiet time as well. I can confidently say I am mature for my age, due to growing up with a single parent and three younger brothers. Also meaning I am no stranger to cleaning up my own mess as well as assisting to keep the household tidy. I'm into reading and watching a few different TV shows, also a huge cat person, so wouldn't mind moving into a house with a cat or any type of animal! I've been in Canberra for majority of my life and intend to stay here. I'm not planning to move out until later in the year however, and just want to extend my feelers out to see what's available. Thanks!

Hey guys, I am currently working at a Primary School in the Belconnen region and would love to move in with my partner into either a granny flat, share accomodation or anywhere that involves friendly housemates. I will one day be looking to invest in an outdoor dog at some point in the future, so I am hopeful of finding a property or teaming up with someone to live where pets are considered. My partner and I are open to all types of accomodations and would be happy to either team up with others to create a new house share or join an existing house share. I am looking for a 6-12month lease, most likely 12 but would prefer only signing the 6 as to not feel locked into anything. Thanks! Contact number is 0447789680.
I am an easy going guy. I enjoy hanging out with friends but respect the privacy of others. I am quiet and tidy guy.I'll be working and studying a lot of the time. So I would be out of the house a lot. I like to stay fit and healthy including eatting healthy and exercising. I'm hoping to become a personal trainer and work in security.
Hey, I work full time currently in residential child care, so do a lot of shift work. I am pretty social and would love somewhere that wouldn't mind the occasional drink or meal together. I'm not home very often, with work and socialising with friends, but would really like to enjoy the people I live with. I've lived in share accommodation for nearly 4 years so know how to be courteous and pitch in with chores etc. Only looking for somewhere relatively short term as I am looking to move in with friends in December/January when their leases expire, but that doesn't mean I'm not up for a fun next 2 months!
The modern spacious and well lighted room is fully furnished with bed, desk, chair and built-in wardrobe. Close to park, local shop and school. Friendly housemate, clean and mature. Rent is $180 per week, includes utilities and internet, and parking space available. Available Sunday 18 October 2016.
The room is currently furnished with a bed, bedside table and large desk and also has a built-in wardrobe, however these are easily moved if you have your own furniture. There are direct buses to the city, UC and Westfield Belconnen. The rent of $165 per week includes the cost of internet and a cleaner who comes in once a week. Electricity and gas are extra and split evenly, but please note we have a solar panel on the roof that usually reduces the electricity bill to zero, which saves a lot of money!

The rooms have built in wardrobes and have a modern feel, there is plenty of parking, has a little shed, Foxtel access if you want to connect it, bbq, kitchen as most utensils. Gas heating, air conditioning, close to shops and Belconnen centre. If both the available rooms get filled the rent will be $112.5, if only one is filled it will be $150, house is occupied by a young couple that are easy to get along with and both have full time jobs, bills are split evenly each quarter, the bond is $600 and will be give back on departure if the house is left as was when occupied.

Im 23yrs and originally from Sydney. Recently graduated from uni and fortunately secured a 1 year grad program in Canberra. I enjoy cooking and baking, plus Netflix and chill. My grad program starts at the end of October, so Im looking for a room that would be available than.
Originally from Melbourne, moved to Canberra working full time in a large company servicing Genotyping Technology which keeps me busy during the week. Enjoy the outdoors; climbing, hiking, skiing etc. Keen to go explore the country, especially the Blue Mountains, so if you're keen then come adventure with me on the weekends. When doing a chore, I like to clean all the mess in an area, and not just mine. So I am looking for a designated and flexible week-by-week roster. Often I am too busy during the week to share meals, so I tend to solo cook after work. But if I do come home early, I always keen to share the experience :) Looking for flat mates my age, i.e. Full time workers who can keen themselves busy. I am curious about people, so I enjoy getting to know people from different backgrounds and ethnicities. I am straight and accept everyone from all walks of life.

Hello! I'm moving to Canberra from Brisbane for 3 months for work. I just finished uni, studying economics. As a housemate, I like to socialise with the occasional wine, but definitely am not a party gal. I don't smoke or have any pets, but I do have a boyfriend who would visit occasionally (he lives in Brisbane, so not that often). I enjoy keeping a clean home so if you do too that would be perfect. As i'm only coming down for a little while i really need the room to be furnished, with a bed at least. Let's chat!

I'm a 31 year old ex-public servant, currently looking for casual employment whilst I wait to commence study next year (Psychology). I am a single mum, however, my 2 year old daughter, Arabella, currently resides with my parents in Kambah. Although there is no formal care/visitation arrangements in place with my folks, it is expected that I go to Kambah to fulfill my visitation requirements, and it would be only on a very rare occasion that I would have to care for Arabella at my own abode. Other than that, I like to get out to see friends as much as possible, get out to gigs when I can, go out for dinner etc, but I also love just vegging at home and watching movies/TV series/Netflix, doing my crosswords, reading, listening to music etc. I am also a bit of an amateur musician - I sing and play a little acoustic guitar. This is a hobby I really want to get back into after years of being a bit lazy about the whole thing. NB: Please note that although I am a smoker, I am strictly an outdoor smoker.
