I'm a 25 year old male looking for a room/ space in Canberra.

Details: Looking for a mid-term rental - I currently live in Canberra and am open to start dates. Not in a rush.

Budget: ~$550/week.
Term: 6-12 months

Occupation: I work at a software company full-time and run a commercial cleaning company across Canberra and surrounds outside of 9-5 working hours.

Lifestyle: I'm clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. Conscious of the fact that it will be shared with other people and will be respectful of cleanliness and etiquette.
I'm fairly reserved but am not rude to pleasantries and common courtesy.

My vibe: I'm pretty relaxed and low-maintenance. I am working majority of the time and will gym regularly, so have pretty low needs for inside the house. I'm happy to have a chat when our paths cross but also fine to keep to myself and respect everyone's own space. When I'm not working you'll find me gymming, going for walks, on my laptop, or binge watching shows/ doom-scrolling.

Preferences: Non-smoker (not overly fussed if you do), no drugs. I keep things low-key and prefer a quiet, chill environment.
