Currently I have a great flatmate but unfortunately she is returning home to Italy. I am in my upper 30s and from the US. I work full time in Business Intelligence. I'm social / private and everything in between. Currently I am experimenting with vegetarianism but don't mind if your not. I love watching and playing sports, although out of the shape at the moment :). I have my own social life but would love to have a flatmate that I get along well enough to hangout with. I believe home should be a comfortable situation for both, which includes respecting each others down times and using common sense. I'm clean and tidy but not over the top so hope to find the same.
I am a University of Sydney graduate. I am job hunting at the moment for a job as a speech pathologist and currently working part-time as a medical receptionist. Im a really clean and quiet person, although do enjoy the occasional chat with a flatmate. I've got a really open mind, and I love all kinds of pets! I enjoy watching movies/TV shows (which might get a bit loud, so just tell me to lower it down if it bothers you). Like Game of Thrones. I enjoy relaxing at home after a long day of work and enjoy spending my weekends out brunching or with friends. Only interested in private rooms + own bathroom. Thanks for reading and don't hesitate to contact me! Terry
We are a dad/daughter combo looking for a home with or without housemates along the Strathfield to Hornsby train line. We are tidy, responsible and respectful of others. I am a sustainable consultant, she is a high school student. We both like the great outdoors and playing board games.
Hello, My name is Marisa and I am looking for a private room to rent along with two purebred Ragdoll cats, Arya and Jewel. I am employed full time in Rhodes, for a multinational facilities management company. Specifically, I am involved with our Department of Education contract, procuring contractors and monitoring in house client services managers, to carry out major upgrade works at all primary and high schools, in Sydney. When I'm not at work I enjoy going out with friends, going to the gym, and occasionally travelling on the weekends (my cats will stay at a boarding facility, whenever I decide to go away). Personality wise I am friendly, outgoing, polite and respectful, clean and tidy. I love to laugh and have fun, and always make sure to include everyone, as much as they want to be included that is. I hardly ever have friends over, preferring to go out to spend time with them, experiencing all that our beautiful city has to offer. Cats: My cats, as I've said, are purebred Ragdoll's (they go limp whenever you pick them up and have gorgeous bright blue eyes). I purchased this particular breed of cat as they are very friendly, intelligent and easy to care for. They are toilet trained, fully vaccinated and treated for fleas, worms and all other parasites. As a means to ensure that they do not cause any trouble, for you or me, they have been insured for their health and also any third party damage (up to $1,000,000) that may arise from them living in a place not owned personally by myself. They are indoor only cats and will mostly stay in my room (sleeping on my bed) and only be out in the rest of the house, when I am at home.
Hi! I've previously stayed in Sydney for a year..would be moving again in march. I am a professional working with a big4, love the city and prefer to stay near by. Weekdays I take time out for running or swimming and prefer quiet evenings. For weekends I usually plan ahead and mostly out. I appreciate keeping the house tidied up, cook 4-5 times/week and occasionally entertain friends over. Like confining to my own space and don't mind catching up over a few drinks. 😁
I m a friendly, tidy and polite girl from Bangladesh and i m a student. I am looking for a suitable location for shared accommodation near Macquarie University. Train station and grocery shops within 5-10mins walking distance would be better. Thanks.
I'm 24 and I work full time; moving to Sydney in April for work for a minimum of 1.5 years. I'm a VERY tidy person, who wants to move in with like-minded people of a similar age. I currently run a warehouse shift in Melbourne, but will be moving to Head Office in Sydney for three six-month rotations for my graduate program. I will be working the usual 9-5 during my time in Sydney, and that means I'll be unwinding most weeknights. Love a night out and getting stupid on the weekends, but that's few and far between - I'm down for clubbing but prefer drinks at a bar or a chill night of BBQ and drinks at home. I'll always be down to socialise with roommates, but I do like my own time to myself too. I also have a miniature dachshund called Obie who's housetrained, but makes the odd mistake here and there. I will be trying my hardest to find accomodation to suit, but family are more than willing to take him in if I can't find a suitable home. I have all necessary furniture and can bring a 50" TV with a wii and an xbox to sweeten the deal.
Quiet and clean, probably more happy to keep to myself but not some completely anti social. Looking for a large ensuite room with parking or something similar. Interests include gaming, movies, cars, also own a motorcycle. Intermittently get into fitness. Overall pretty chill, keen to join in or have the odd poker night once a month.
I am a 27 year old Brisbane born civil engineer recently moved to Sydney and looking for housemates! I've lived in sharehouses since I was 18 and well accustomed to living independently. I have my own bedroom furniture but not much else. My job is stable and I'm looking for something long term (6-24 months). I often work away, so you may or may not notice I go missing for weeks. I am a reliable, well mannered and respectable guy. When I'm home, I'm sociable and chilled. I verge on the OCD side of cleanliness for my own spaces, but can be more tolerant when it comes to shared spaces if needed. I love pets but don't have any of my own. I also love music but I promise I won't sing in the shower. I am able to move in straight away, but not in any rush either. Hope to hear from you!

I am an IT Professional, Very easy going and not bugging at all kind of person. My wife is a pharmacist and we both are Australian Residents. I offer consultancies so I am working part time and sometimes only travelling in Australia. I love playing and watching cricket. Also like playing badminton and squash. I like to watch TV Shows and Movies. I am friendly but I try to be in limits and respect other people's limits as well. Life is all about trying to be happy and putting smiles on other people's faces. Looking for a good separate place for a couple with all independent requirements like kitchen and bath. Internet facility is also required. We have stayed with different Australian owners previously and had wonderful times so looking forward to that again. We can commit for even 6 months if we find a good option and independent accommodation. Less than 6 month listing can also be considered if they are great. Looking forward. Cheers!
I am 25 years old from India, here to do my MBA at MGSM I am a quiet and jovial person looking for a property close to the uni. I enjoy my own company and am not intrusive. I am clean, tidy, helpful and social. I look after myself and the house properly and don't have the habit of disturbing others.
This is my first apartment which I’ve recently renovated courtesy of dads skills. New carpet, paint, tiles, blinds etc. Few things I still need to add inc TV unit, pictures etc. Located on top (3rd) floor offers plenty of privacy and it doesn’t feel like every unit is looking in on you. Kitchen is fully equipped and place is furnished. I’m a 300m walk to station and 300m walk to the ferry. Meadowbank plaza is less than 5 mins walk away with Aldi, newsagents, medical centre and plenty of other shops. The building is very quiet and the neighbours are all friendly. Plenty of parking on the street. I’ve only just moved in and looking for someone easy going, tidy and fun to be around. Friends coming by/ staying over is no problem, I’m always happy to meet new people, plan some fun events. The more the merrier! All bills (water & electricity) to be shared equally. Don’t have internet (I use my phone) but happy to get it and split the costs if you would prefer. Please no couples, smokers or pets. Feel free to contact me and ask any questions

Hey all! Im Tam and im 24 years old. Currently looking for a new place to call home. Working full time in retail mon-fri. I enjoy going out and making the most of my weekends with my friends and always love going out and having a beer or two. Im looking for a place that has more of a 'homey' feeling rather than just the usual share house where everyone just constantly sits in their rooms and doesnt interact. Im very respectful, neat and tidy. If you have anything for me dont hesitate to contact me :)
I am a friendly person but will not intrude in anyone's space. Like to have a few beers on the weekends, would love to spend time with people i am living with. I am not a smoker. I like cleanliness around the house and would prefer to live with people who like to keep things clean. I would love to team up to start a new lease if anyone is interested, please contact me.
Prepared to spend more for the right space. 35 years young, single, simple respectful gentleman. Easy going and able to get along with people of all ages. I'd love to team up with someone clean and hygienic to rent a place as I am relocating for work. I exercise regularly (trying to get rid of this spare tyre) at the gym, I'm a professional in the property industry and find Krispy Kreme doughnuts ironically liberating. I'd prefer to live with a female mainly for hormone balance. I do try to eat well and am an amazing cook. I respect privacy, can take a joke, occasionally smoke (never inside) and maintain a clean criminal record for security vetting reasons. I have a kind heart and believe in being fair to my fellow humans. Don't do drugs or party hard so prefer that sort of behavior be kept away from our home, am totally up for socialising though. Would be awesome to make a new friend and hang out during mutual down time. I'm reliable and respect privacy so looking for the same. A secure parking space would be ideal. Oh, and I cannot stand when something smells in the fridge, if it's rotting, lets chuck it out shall we?! Best of luck to you all. Cheers :)
I keep pretty busy working 30+ hours a week and studying at mac uni, pretty tidy and considerate, have been living in a sharehouse

Hi! I am a professional educator, with a PhD from UTS, and B(Ed) from USyd. On occasion, I undertake short-term contract work and like to stay as close to my workplace as possible, in order to focus on the new role. While I work hard during these roles, I always ensure I stay balanced with a host of other interests and hobbies. For example, I'm currently in the final stages of writing a full theatrical production and am getting into trail mountain bike riding. I am naturally very tidy and sensitive to the needs of others. I'm also very flexible and can adapt to a range of living environments. Age isn't an issue for me, as I have good friends who are of all ages, cultures and backgrounds. Please let me know if you think I may be suitable for your place. I'm happy to provide more details on request. Thanks!
