Quiet, clean and friendly. I'm also respectful of other's privacy and space. I keep cooking to a minimum, and will sometimes eat out with friends. Happy to chat in the afternoon or weekends, but generally keep busy with personal projects or reading. Preferred length of stay is 6 months currently, however I'm happy to stay for a shorter period of time at the right place, or longer if we can agree on a good rental price.
Hi, we are a couple from the Central Coast needing to relocate to Sydney for work and study. We both have full time uni / work through the week and try to maintain active social lives with sports and other events of the evenings and weekends. We are flexible with most things, including furniture, pets, bills etc. Nearby / off street parking would be a huge advantage as I have to drive to work. Like most 23/25 yr olds we enjoy chatting over drinks and meeting new people. If you are interested in team ups please feel free to contact us with any potential properties :)

Hi potential housemates! I will be moving to Sydney in February. I'm a medical professional so I work a lot, but I'd love to get involved in the social side of the house as much as I can :) if there's not that much of a social aspect to the house that's ok too - I do already have some friends in Sydney. I'm VERY clean and tidy, but not so bothered by other people's mess (within reason of course). I come with an adorable young toy poodle puppy called Luna - but please don't discount us as housemates because of the dog thing! She's tiny, doesn't shed hair, hypoallergenic, extremely well-trained (housetrained and obedience), quiet, used to apartment living and gets on well with other animals (not to mention she will bring you so much joy!) I also love cooking and am happy to participate in any shared meals or just share my leftovers with you. If you have any questions at all, please contact me - I'd love to hear from you. Cheers!
I’m a 21 yo culinary student from Nepal. Having studied in a residential school mostly all my life, I’m pretty adaptable to new places and very easy going. Kinda chill to live with (if I can say so myself lol) . Looking for chilled out flatmates, preferably similarly aged. I'm out going and love to meet new people. And I make amazing brownies so I guess that’s a plus?
Hello, I am an Electrical engineer and I am doing my Masters in Electronics at Macquarie University. I am a fun loving person and friendly in nature. Also, I keep my stuff clean and can be adaptable to a new environment. Right now im in a search for a private room.
Software developer and IT student, don't spend much time at home. I work in the City so I’m looking for a place close to city buses/trains Lived in lots of sharehouses, so I know the importance of being respectful of other housemates, keeping things clean etc. Prefer furbished room with double bed.
Very easy going and chilled , mostly mind my own business . I study and work , so will be busy most of the time. Apart from that , I think I am a good cook , don't mind sharing my meal when I cook :)

Hello, I'm a digital marketing specialist with a renowned company in Sydney. I'm said to be fun company, but I would prefer to have my own space as well, particularly after a busy day's work. Looking for a neat and easy going personality to stay with.
Hey my brother and I want to move in a property. Where pretty relaxed. I work Friday, Saturday, Monday, and Tuesday. Wednesday and Thursday are my days off pay bills on time. My bro works Monday to friday. He also pay bills on time. We love meeting new people. From time to time we drink.
Hi - I'm a easy going professional, neat and tidy and love sleeping in on the weekend. I'm moving to Sydney from Melbourne for work. Don't know anyone here so I thought a shared house would be great. I love sport and socialising on the weekend. Non - smoker Bonus if you have a dog... I love dogs
I'm a uni student in TAFE Meadowbank studying IT and my partner is baker/barista. We are easy going and down to earth, we like to keep things tidy and noise to a minimum. Can be social if this is alright with flatmates. We both will be working part-time. On our spare time we like to be active with various sports.
I'll start with the usual... --I'm easy going. --I respect people's privacy i.e. will not smother you, but can have a conversation. --Can clean up after myself --will not play Norwegian black metal at 2:00am Now, the less generic fluff. I'll get it out of the way; I mainly eat vegan, BUT, I'm not a ram it down your throat, conform-or-die, kind of guy. Eat what you want. (I loved and ate meat only a few months ago). Each to their own. Will be out of the house a lot with full time work/part time study. In down time I do the usual family/friends socialising. When not doing that, of late, I've been surfing and playing guitar....not at the same time...but that'd be cool... Recent ventures with friends include making beer and printing shirts. Not a big party/clubbing person. Doesn't mean I'm a wet blanket. Sooo yeah, let's live together.
we have a gym in the garage, air con for when it gets hot and plenty of outdoor space with bbq, cuches and a hamick. we are only 10min walk to meadowbank station and have shops all around. just up from a the local netball and basketball courts as well as a park on parra river. walking distance of meadowbank tafe and a short bus trip to university of western sydney.
I am IT Professional. I like to maintain the place I live. Health is important and I walk each day, sometimes goto GYM...but Love food and a beer or wine... I’m Very tidy and can look after myself. Love to travel and watch movies and making friends.
