I am a 26 year old civil engineer recently moved to Sydney from Brisbane and looking for housemates! I am a reliable, well mannered and respectable guy, who's clean and tidy. I love pets but don't have any of my own. When i'm not working, I enjoy music, reading and gym. I've lived in sharehouses since I was 18 and well accustomed to living independently. My job is stable and I'm looking for something long term (6-24 months).
I'm a balanced person in general, social but understanding of personal space, tidy but not a control freak, I like going out but not a party animal, etc. I'm easy going, thats all I can say :)
Have experience of living in a shared house in different regions. I am peaceful don't smoke and only drinks socially. Like to cook, travel and exercise outdoors. Respect privacy and good to talk.
The bedroom is light and airy and enjoys its own lockable closet with plenty of storage space. Cycle, parks and walking tracks nearby. Close to all amenities, you are a short stroll to the Meadowbank ferry which can take you the scenic route to your destination between Sydney Harbour and Parramatta. Alternatively, if you prefer to to catch the train or bus, the services are basically on your doorstep, being only a short stroll away. The unit is located around the corner (walking distance) from The Northern Sydney Institute (NSI) which is part of Meadowbank TAFE and is also close to the Northern Sydney Institute in Ryde (Le Cordon Bleu). You can catch a direct bus (507) to Macquarie University and Le Cordon Bleu, Ryde. It is also close to local shopping centres (Aldi, Coles) and restaurants/eateries. Meadowbank is geographically in the heart between 3 busy CBD hubs being Sydney city, Parramatta and Chatswood and offers an enviable serene lifestyle that is moments away from all amenities you will ever need. The unit has been freshly painted and newly carpeted, with brand new window furnishings. The room can be furnished if you wish. The unit has a communal balcony off the loungeroom and also enjoys its own private laundry with facilities. I will be uploading photos of the work undertaken to the unit shortly. Contact me for an inspection.
Howdy all, I'm currently a student of International Relations, working full time in sales and so laid back people are starting to worry. I don't particularly want to live as a hermit with other hermits so it's be great if I could move into a house or flat and have bunch of new friends/fiends. I'm always up for a chat and a beer/wine/brightlycolouredorhardliquor and would love to share my admiration of cheesy old movies. Lucky for you I've also studied commercial cookery so dirty kitchens really aren't a thing in my universe. If there's anything more you need to know, or think we'd kill it at this whole living together thing hit me up!
I am Indian. I am friendly and I do not intrude. I am a Le Cordon Bleu student (Pastry School) and I am going back to India in December and will come back on 17th Jan 2017 and i would want to move in on the same day.

I'm looking for a place for myself and my three year old boy. I am from China. We are looking for a room of about 20+ square meters, plus kitchen and bathroom which can be shared. We are healthy cooking and eating, very clean, honest, friendly, educated, enjoy going to workshops, festivals, and markets. Interested in naturopathy, herbalism, aromatherapy, bushwalk, beach, etc. We don't watch TV. During the day, most of the time we go out to playgroups, library, pre-school, and children's places. We are back before dinner time. We are generally quiet except when he can become frustrated with difficult toys, for instance, when I will comfort him. We are looking for people who are clean, respectful, and patient.
Hi I'm Ben, I'm 22, employed full-time in the transport industry and looking for a place in the broader Ryde area. I'm a pretty relaxed, easy-going guy, who enjoys some quiet downtime and can keep to himself, but I'm also quite happy to have a chat and socialise with other housemates. I'm a reasonably clean, tidy person, I do my share of the household duties and can help with basic home-maintenance as required. I have a car I use every day and so will need a pretty reliable parking spot, but this doesnt have to be off-street. I don't have pets and am easy with furnishings - can provide as necessary or if the room is already furnished that's fine too.
I am a quiet person who keeps any mess contained to my own room and I love to cook and usually enough that people are welcome a bite. I'm a bit of a geek and like a lot of different tv shows, cartoons and video games. I'm very excited to make some new friends in Sydney and hang out! I love cats and other pets are no issue for me.
