Hi, I'm a Korean and Scottish mix and was practically raised in China. I went to an international school and I am incredibly sociable. I speak 3 languages; English, Korean and Chinese and I would love to have flatmates with an international background like me :) if not, that's okay as well ^^ I'm going to be taking a course of culinary arts in the future, soooooo if you enjoy eating potentially good food then you know where to find me xD I'm just an overall easy and out-going person, I love sports and everything active. I love pets, so I wouldn't mind having a flatmate with one... or however many you have :) Currently I have a snake, spider, turtles and two cats. But don't worry, they won't be coming to Australia hehe. Okayyy, thank youuuu. I hope you consider me as a potential flatmate :)
Here's a little about me: 1. Recently relocated here after graduating from unimelb; currently seeking employment. 2. I have lived alone in my 1-bedroom apartment in Melbourne for 4 years because I highly value personal space. With that being said, I would like to rent a room for 2 months with the option to extend if I land a desired job and we get along. I will clean my own toilet (if there's one; if not, roster) and room and keep the common area clean and tidy, and I can promise that the room/bathroom for rent will be in the exact state now when I move out. Also, a formal contract will be signed so that none of us will be disadvantaged. Don't hesitate to contact me if you are: 1. Non-smoker 2. Clean, organised and quiet 2. Looking for a respectful, well-mannered, minimalist, 'non-existent' flatmate My max budget for Chatswood is $250 (because my gf lives there) and all other suburbs $200.
Hey guys! I'm a Queenslander who has found work in the big smoke in Sydney, looking for a place where I can work comfortably at home after hours as I do occasional freelance work as well. I start my new work on the 14th of May, but I am looking for a place ASAP. A few things about me: ✔️ Keen to travel ✔️ Love sport ✔️ Keep to myself ✔️ Deadpan sense of humour with a dark twist ✔️ Serial TV Binger We'll get along great if you are fairly laid back and don't have a party type personality.
I am very clean and friendly. Working full time Ideally looking for team ups. 2b2b1p Not the party type. Love to catch up with friends and flatmates. Looking for long stay and 1 flatmate to share. Anyone interested to shop around for units? Hit me up.

I am quite an easy going person. I am an engineer and quite busy with my weekly schedule. A neat and tidy person . I would expect a minimum tidiness in the sharing areas. Not that I would lose myself on uncleaned situations lol. Also I am a vegetarian but don’t mind with any sort of meat cooking. I have a car so I need a car park as well.
I moving from Brisbane to Sydney for my work and looking for a place to live and also meet some new people. I keep things clean and tidy, love to cook (though I’m not the best), always up for some drinks and games night. I am big on holidays like Easter and Christmas and have been known to get very dressed up for the occasions.
Hi! I'm Callam - I'm clean, quiet but friendly, self-sufficient and easy-going :) I work at Barker College and The Salvation Army, but I’m about to start a new full time job in Gladesville, so I’d like to live there or West Ryde or nearby. Is this starting to sound like a Tinder profile...? Ideally I’m after a decent-sized unfurnished room, my own bathroom and 1 or 2 flatmates - but I'm willing to be flexible on some of those. Cheers!
Hi I am looking for a place for myself and my 9 year old son. Unfurnished Studio/ 1 BR unit/ Granny flat is preferred since I have my own furnitures. I am a single mother and currently work part time and study part time. Currently I live in a 2 bedroom unit in Hornsby, but thinking to move closer to my sister's place around Carlingford or 15 mins drive max from that area. We are quiet, calm and respectful people, no party or inviting people other than the occasional family visit.
Hey there! I'm neat, clean and discreet. I respect other's timetables and routines.I like to keep to myself but always happy for a chat over a hot cuppa or even a wine sometimes...? I'm very easy to get along with. Positive friendly disposition and looking for a nice room to rent in a nice dwelling with great like-minded roommates.
I'll be travelling to Europe between May 21 and June 24 only. Therefore I have a room available for this period. Happy to listen to any stay lengths, however preferred would be for the 5 weeks. Room is fully furnished and I can move my clothes out of the wardrobe for the duration of your stay. House is fully furnished and modern, good sized backyard and air conditioned. Ceilings fans are in each room. This house is walking distance to Meadowbank train station and shops as well as park and water. There is a driveway you can park your car, however the garage is full of gym equipment which you are welcome to use. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other housemate on the top level. There is also a half bathroom downstairs in the laundry.
Re-locating to Sydney Wanting to find a place for myself and toy cavoodle. Extremely tidy, OCD with cleaning and love to cook Always on the go, whether I’m working, going for walks, swimming or hiking. Up for a chat with my room mate but like my own time

Your bedroom has a large built in robe, and it can be furnished with a single bed if you'd like or bring your own. Fits up to a queen bed. Your bathroom has both a shower and a bath tub. - Spacious kitchen with fridge, microwave, electric oven, gas stove, walk-in pantry, and dishwasher - Large dining and lounge area - Covered outdoor entertainment area complete with outdoor furniture and BBQ - Internal laundry facilities fit with washing machine and dryer - Ducted air-conditioning - Communal BBQ you can book at the complex with a nice seating and grass area There's a small shopping complex with Aldi, IGA, fruit shop, chemist and other small shops within the same complex (literally up some stairs), and Top Ryde and Rhodes shopping centres are a 5 minute drive or bus ride away. Hey guys! I’m vacating my room on the 18th of April and I need someone to take over my lease (which expires in 8 weeks and after that, you would just be paying week to week for however long you’d like to stay) perfect for someone looking long term or short term. You’d be living with one other girl who is a clean, quiet, lovely student from Adelaide, the apartment is 2 bed, 1 bath, with a lock up garage that would be yours to use, it is walking distance from shops, doctors, restaurants, ferry wharf, Trainstation, parramatta river and soccer fields. If you are interested and have questions, please contact me on here and preferably females only, Thankyou!
Hello, I'm an easy going, friendly full time working professional. Neat and tidy and prefers a room including all utility bills at the mentioned locations that are maximum 10 minutes away from a train station. looking for an ensuite or 'own bathroom' place and NO sharing room. I'm also studying part-time thus would prefer a quiet house but would like friendly chats. I respect other's privacy and is also interested in team-ups. I'd prefer to live with just another housemate, therefore not keen if the house hosts more than two people. **I'm looking to move in only by May** If you have the ideal place, do get in touch. Chat soon. :)
The apartment is located in a great area, right next to Parramatta River. It is near several shopping areas including Top Ryde city, west Ryde and Rhodes (West Ryde and Rhodes are only 1 stop either direction on the train). Their is also a public carpark across the road as well as a Ferry wharf, bus stop and train station, which makes it very easy to get around Sydney. Their is a bike track that runs along Parramatta River and bike lockers to rent across the street. The apartment doesn't have any air conditioning, it does have a dish washer and washing machine as the kitchen was updated last year. Their are also communal washing machines and driers in the lobby area. Their is also a balcony with a bbq that comes off my bedroom, for any smokers.
