Hello, I am a self-employed artist, animator, and streamer, currently seeking long-term, stable housing. My previous rental ended only because the property was sold, and I can provide solid references from both my former landlady and real estate agent. I had originally planned to rent with friends, but those arrangements fell through, so I am now looking for a studio or granny flat. I have been searching for stable accommodation throughout this year and am eager to secure a place where I can settle long-term. I am currently supported by NDIS and JobSeeker while applying for disability, and I am also pursuing consistent employment opportunities. My budget is up to $300 per week, excluding utilities, but that can change when I get consistent work, and/or on disability. I also have three cats, I know that can make things harder, but they’re my family. They carried me through my grief after losing my dad, and I couldn’t imagine abandoning them. They’re all desexed, litter trained, and I have a proper cat enclosure for their food and litter so everything stays contained and tidy. I’m currently living near Culcairn but am looking to move to the Melbourne area so i can find my people. If you’re willing to give me and my girls a chance, it would mean a lot.
