I’m currently on the lookout for a sublet in Melbourne’s inner west :inner north, or surrounding areas. I’m hoping to move in from the end of March onwards (with a little flexibility) and would love something for 6–9+ months.

A little about me:

My name’s Ben, I’m 39, and I’m a fun, easy-going human who loves music, art, good coffee, and relaxed weekends with great company. I’m friendly, open-minded, and really value a calm, inclusive home environment. I’m respectful of personal space and boundaries, and I like to keep shared areas neat and comfortable for everyone.

I live a pretty active lifestyle and spend a fair bit of time out and about, but I also really appreciate quiet time — making or listening to music and unwinding with a cuppa. I enjoy a good chat and shared moments, while also being mindful of everyone’s need for downtime.

What I’m looking for:

• Budget around $150–250 per week

• Unfurnished preferred

• Easy access to public transport
