Hi there, I am going to move to Peninsula at the start of next year (2025), since I haven't been living in the area before so planning early:) I am looking for 1 housemate around the same age group to team up and rent a nice house in areas like Seaford, Carrum, Edithvale etc. Ideally a two bedrooms on different ends of the house so we both have personal space and personal bathroom, while sharing the common space together. Based on a quick search, most houses have more than 2 rooms, so we can be creative to make the extra bedroom a nice space as well (home gym/library). About me - I will be working as a junior doctor at the Frankston hospital/Rosebud hospital. In my spare time, I enjoy being active, gym, pilates, running and hiking. On the weekends, I like to relax, make a really nice and hearty breakfast and have a slow day, mostly do houseworks while listening music and get ready for the next week. I keep things clean and love having lots of plants around. I am sociable and would like to host gatherings with friends from time to time. I am currently in a relationship, so my housemate would need to be okay with him come around. -I am willing to pay more for the bigger room if the rooms are not equal sized, but again everything is negotiable. I would like to find someone here that has similar plan and get to know my potential housemate and can talk about the details irl. Thanks for reading X)

I am a Senior Recruiter working in the tech space (I work with startups, not big tech). I work from home as I am fully remote and have varied days, sometimes up to many interviews/meetings during the day, sometimes just doing admin. I am very clean and tidy, I contribute to the housework and mostly make sure I leave things how I found them. I like to relax mainly at the end of the day and watch TV during my spare time. I go to gigs on the weekends and sometimes during the week, but that is rare. I have a partner I see on weekends and sometimes during the week. I have a drum kit that I would love to set up, but I recognise this is not likely, so having somewhere to store it neatly would be great. I can be quite social in the household. I like to catch up and chat when I can, but I also like my alone time. I dont smoke, and I would rather live with others who do not also.
