$300/week•39 year old woman
I am a 39 year old woman currently changing careers from a pump and irrigation tech/plumber, to tourism and event manager. I am commencing studying at William Angliss and working nights at Melbourne Park. I have an unblemished rental history spanning over 20 years. I am respectful, organised, clean and quiet and I aim to return home to Inverloch to my family during weekends for the next 6 months while my youngest completes her VCE. I'd like to have her come and stay on very rare occasions so we can attend events or dine out - a private room is a must for this and to suit my sleep schedule. I enjoy watching most sport and I am still playing cricket wherever possible.

Hi! After a contract finished I am looking for a place. I work as a mechanical engineer. I'm extremely busy so will either be working or sleeping. I am well-versed in sharing houses and hence am tidy and respectful but love a good chat, sharing a meal and a general chill with my housemate(s). I'm an excellent cook and its not unusual to come home and find me in the kitchen to say "HEY! I made risotto and I have beer/wine, grab a glass/beer and it'll be ready in a bit!" In my spare time I cycle road and mountain bike and rock climb quite a bit too. I'm very outdoorsy and also love fishing. Hopefully I've sold myself well enough. It'd be great to chill with a coffee and see if we gel and if so, we can take it from there. Cheers, Nate.

$200/week•27 year old woman
Hi there! I'm a 28-year-old female who enjoys the simplicity of living in a cozy studio. As a part-time worker and student, I appreciate having a quiet, clean and peaceful space to focus on my studies and rest. I'm don't own any pets or have kids, so my place stays clean and tidy. When I'm not buried in books, you can find me indulging in my favorite hobbies - reading, going out to explore new places, and occasionally just catching up on some much-needed sleep. I consider myself an ambivert, enjoying both quiet nights in and socializing with friends. Overall, I strive for a harmonious balance between productivity and relaxation in my home. My budget is around 200AUD - 250AUD which includes all bills and a private room. If anyone wants to team up with that budget, feel free to contact me. :)

🏡 Seeking a Flatmate to Find a House 🏡 Hi, I’m Brett. I am hoping to team up with a like-minded flatmate who also wants to secure a comfortable 3-bedroom,2 bath place in Beaconsfield, berwick, pakenham upper and cockatoo, open to other areas.. My budget is $300–$400 per week. I’m hoping to move around Easter this year. I work full-time as a carpenter, l have two very affectionate and playful cats. So if you’re a cat lover, with or without pets, we’d certainly have that in common. I like going to the gym, playing poker and playing golf when l can. I value a calm, balanced, and stress-free home, and place to unwind. I’m clean, and respectful of shared spaces, and believe in open, honest communication to maintain a harmonious household. The Ideal Flatmate: No gender preferences, but certainly understand needing to consider your own comfort and preferences when it comes to sharing a home with a man. I aim for a living environment where both housemates feel at ease and respected. I’d like to share with someone who’s in stable employment, and a track record for being responsible with rent, bills, and shared household commitments. If this sounds like the right fit for you, feel free to reach out for a chat. I’m more than happy to answer any questions you might have about me.
