Hi there. I'm Philip; a 47 year old man who is lucky to have a great family and friends in the St Kilda area. I am a fashion/business teacher at RMIT Brunswick where I teach 3-4 days a week on campus. I'm very community oriented and love spending time taking my dog for a walk on the beach and in Albert Park, playing tennis (poorly), cycling (for fun), watching movies, and making clothes (menswear). I really like a quiet home life (full of marking papers it feels like) with the occasional wine and cheese with friends when I'm not going out for dinner or to the movies. I come with a 1.5 year old spoodle named Echo who is quiet and friendly who spends 2 days a week with a friend when I'm at work. I do have a car and would love a car space although I do rent one in St Kilda already so it isn't a problem should one not be available or taken.
