Looking for an ensuite or own bathroom room in a house with a back yard.

A bit about me - 35 year old female, full time professional, with a small dog. Both of us come with great references! My dog has lots of little dog friends and loves other dogs 😄 I am a home owner interstate and have rented alone and in shared accom so am very respectful and considerate. My dog is 5 years old, toilet trained, friendly, and an inside and outside dog etc. who loves adventures.

In my spare time I like to get out and about with my dog as much as possible for walks and exploring, I socialise out of the house with friends for dinners etc, I also travel a lot when I can (and my dog has friends he can stay with in Brisbane if I am away)
