I currently live in Caulfield in a granny flat with my 2 cats Belle & her kitten Smokey. Both are indoor/out door cats- are toilet trained and are both lovely cats. Both cats have been vaccinated/desexed. In down time I enjoy pc gaming, reading, keeping good company, healthy cooking, keeping fit, water activities, exploring this great cities art galleries, museums and gardens! I require somewhere to park my mini truck close by (fits in a car spot 3.2 meters high. Id preffer to park in driveway ideally. Not a deal breaker. All of my valuable furnishings,diving, fishing gear and other furnishings are in storage. Im flexible either furnishings or unfurnished options Looking for accommodation in Caulfield, Caulfield North, Malvern East, Carnegie, Murrumbeena Bay side, Port Melbourne, South Yarra, st kilda, Elwood or Richmond. I’m unable to live anywhere where there are indoor dogs. Looking for a suitable place to call home for at least 6-12months-longer. if you believe I might be a suitable house mate please get in touch! I'm paid up until the 1st Aug-my current landlord is flexible with my move out date. Im moving out because of sudden construction works across the road. Looking for a home as soon as possible.
