I'm a substitute teacher who works around 3-4 days a week. I enjoy playing music, seeing bands, surfing and getting outdoors. Looking for a house that is a little more social than my current house. I'm very clean and always wash my dishes etc and help with household duties. I'm partly seeking to move out due to issues with housemate cleanliness so would be looking to move into somewhere people are much more cooperative with those things. If your house is the type where people are always in their rooms or away from home, it probably won't be a good fit. Also, if you like Donald Trump, were anti vax etc I'm not a good fit for you. But if you're a bit more social and up for some household adventures (getting drinks, seeing bands, hikes etc) then it could work out well! My budget is up to $1200.
