- Moving Dec 2 from Adelaide - After 3-6 months to start. -$350.00/wk thereabouts - Apartment with amenities ideal. Ensuite also a bonus. Bedroom door lock please. - Will be working full time in CBD (dog groomer) - 2 other working professionals max - Quiet chick and very respectful of space and hygiene - Open to teaming up with one other person to find an apartment but this is last resort. - Interested in paying monthly, with 3 months upfront to start. Bills included ideal, but happy to split. - No car park required - Need a bed When I'm home I'm either cooking, eating, sleeping and just hanging out in my room reading or doom scrolling. When I'm out, i'm either working, going to gym etc and just exploring places and eating out. Will require access to a convenient transport line into the city and I'll need a bed, don't care the size! Hi there, we’re two easy-going women hoping to find one more housemate to share a friendly and relaxed home environment with on the eastern side of Melbourne. Jenny’s in a non-profit client services role, plus freelancing in marketing/comms. Jane’s in the library sector, when not attending her fave festivals such as Melbourne International Film Festival and the Comedy Festival. We’re hybrid workers, so our new home needs to have space to WFH (in each bedroom, if large enough) and generally quiet during the day, with good internet. A home with two bathrooms e.g. main & ensuite, is ideal. Prefer off-street parking for each of our cars and walking distance to train for trips into the city (tricky traffic and pricey parking… no thanks!). We’re fairly well equipped with furniture, kitchenware, appliances, etc. A housemate joining us mainly just needs their bedroom furniture. Jenny likes getting out and about in Melbourne and surrounds, reading, chilling out with a movie/TV series. Keen to join a local community garden and aiming to increase regular exercise, either local walks or a group class, or both, to offset her cheese and chocolate consumption :-) Happy to contribute to cooking meals, if you dare to try her creations (totally winging it). Jane has similar interests, but is a much better cook! If you can help her learn to play her guitar, she could bake you a cake... We’re keen to find a like-minded female housemate who is respectful, friendly, and enjoys a laugh and a wine from time to time. We are looking for an employed, non-smoking person, preferably with housesharing experience, who understands the importance of contributing to keeping shared spaces neat and clean.
