I value kind and honest communication, setting clear expectations as a household, humour and laughter, sharing meals regularly with my housemates, and a peaceful, positive, fun, and supportive home. I've lived in sharehouses for about 10 years. I can provide rental references from previous housemates. My ideal living situation would be a house, townhouse, or stand alone unit in the inner East/South East Suburbs with 1 - 2 other women similar in age, with some outdoor space. I'm looking for either a room in an existing sharehouse or to team up for a place. I have a few communal items and can split costs/source other things.
