I was so very fortunate to live the first half of my adult life as a professional dancer, which was my passion. I performed in many shows in the Casino here on the Coast and also in Korea. I decided I needed to do something more nurturing and to give back, and since I had always loved skincare and massage and had a deep interest in natural healing, I went back to school to study Beauty Therapy. I have absolutely loved this journey of being a beauty therapist, I feel it's in alignment with my soul to create , beautiful, gentle spaces for people to find some peace and relaxation and come back to themselves. We are all so busy in this world and life can really ask a lot of us, I feel so privileged to do the work I do to help people find more balance in their lives. I love to read, I make sure to keep a regular meditation practice and love to bring fresh flowers, crystals and beautiful aromatherapies into my space. Picking a reading or affirmation card to start the day is a favourite way to feel uplifted and inspired! When I have days off I love to venture off into nature, go and get a massage myself, sit and have a cup of tea and read a book in a coffee shop, and also love to visit beautiful homewares and clothing stores. I'm hoping to be studying Lomi Lomi massage later in the year and in the future I want to venture into Craniosacral healing. I have a 2 year old approx. cat named Yin, she is so sweet and playful and has the cutest personality. I will need to bring her with me to where I move :) Yin loves to play and run around and sleep a lot as well, she is very clean and loves it when her litterbox is perfection. You will love her I am sure <3 everyone who meets her does. She has been familiarised with another adult cat in the past so if you have a kitty already let's talk, that would be fine! I am looking forward to beginning a fitness journey again next year with yoga and pilates. Hi! After a contract finished I am looking for a place. I work as a mechanical engineer. I'm extremely busy so will either be working or sleeping. I am well-versed in sharing houses and hence am tidy and respectful but love a good chat, sharing a meal and a general chill with my housemate(s). I'm an excellent cook and its not unusual to come home and find me in the kitchen to say "HEY! I made risotto and I have beer/wine, grab a glass/beer and it'll be ready in a bit!" In my spare time I cycle road and mountain bike and rock climb quite a bit too. I'm very outdoorsy and also love fishing. Hopefully I've sold myself well enough.
