Hi there

My name's Andrew, I'm 34 and work full-time in Hawthorn (with some WFH days).

I have 7 years of experience with various house shares, and have been living solo for the past year.

I'm into a lot of things, but mostly reading, writing, podcasting, table tennis, music, film, theatre and the mighty Richmond Tigers.

I'm looking for a place closer to work and the city, would love to be part of a house with a friendly atmosphere and interesting people.

PREFERENCES:
-Own bathroom/ensuite
-Unfurnished room
-A second (part) room or space for a WFH setup
-A bit of storage for appliances for organising to sell them

FOR TEAM UPS:
My approach here would be to look at combining the top ends of both our budgets and essentially trying to get the most space/bang for our buck. This might look like eg. a 3 bedroom for 2 people (with separate bathrooms) where the spare room can be used for WFH purposes.
