26 year old man working in Melbourne and the west. I’m a non-smoker, have no pets and am really clean. I’m working and not travelling. Very experienced house share tenant. Looking for something at least 6 months, but long term 12 months+ ideally as I work in Melbourne and have friends and family here. I’m very quiet person and very clean- do not like messy kitchens at all. Also please no family’s/couples with young children. I am looking to live with adults only. Budget is $230 a week. Bank transfer only. No cash payments for rent or bonds if you’re looking to avoid paying tax then I’m not interested!
