Just a bit about myself - I am a 22 year old Masters student and fulltime worker who has lived and rented in Perth for the last 5 years (I'm originally from down south). Currently looking for a place to move into as I am currently house sitting in South Perth . Due to my busy schedule I am not home often and tend to keep to myself/clean up after myself - but always happy to chat and hang out when around! I am very laid back, quiet and clean tenant and live quite an active lifestyle balancing between uni, work and extra curricular activities.
