Hey I’m Ollie!
I’m 29, and have the decision to move down from Sydney to Melbourne for work in videography and content production.
I’m looking for a short-term rental or sublet (around 3 months to start happy to move to 6-12), ideally with:
• Just one housemate
• Solo residence
• A private bathroom or ensuite
• Somewhere I can park/store a car and motorbike if possible
I’ll be working most days and out filming a lot, so I’m after a chilled, tidy setup where I can unwind at the end of the day. I’m clean, respectful, and easy to get along with. I’m not much a party person, more of a gym, food, creative projects type.
I’m a sporty, outgoing and friendly individual, been told I can make friends with anyone!
Budget is around $400–$500/week. Open to different spots but love areas like Altona, Newport, Altona Meadows, Fitzroy, Brunswick, Northcote, Carlton, or anything nearby.
