Im quite picky when it comes to hygiene i like a neat and clean place always but if its like ur room or sth then i dont gaf up to u. id prefer someone who is also a female and i dont mind pets i actually love them, idm smokers much too. When it comes to paying my rent that is my top priority so my payments wouldnt ever be a concern to you since im always on time with it. I dont work at all so no personal income but dw ive got another source so i am able to accommodate my lifestyle. I am looking for a place that is a spacious 2bhk or bigger apartment preferably in the city or somewhere close there. But i am down to teamup with one or a few people in order to move into a much luxurious place obviously with people of similar budgets.
