Summer haven. Peaceful and relaxing. In a quiet area only meters away from the Brisbane river and a lovely park and walk way. There is a salt water pool, 2 undercover entertainment areas. Fans and air con in all rooms. Rooms have there ensuite. Room is fully furnished with Queen bed, desk, Drew’s and couch. But you can bring your own if you wish. BBQ,green house and lovely maintained gardens. 2 seperate private yards. This room is a triple size room and has its own external and internal entry. It’s Melbourne re like a granny flat. It faces the back entertainment area and is very private. Side door is directly at the spa end of pool. We all have our own batheroom so no need to share. There a large open full equiped kitchen with all modern appliances. There are 2 lounge areas one up stairs and a large loung down stairs. The loung has surround sound and 3D large TV. The loundry is very large with 2 washers and 2 dryers. 2 of use looking be mostly up stairs, there is no problems with room and space. The house has small corner shops with a great backers. Walking distance to large shopping centre. Bus stop one block away. Bus 5mins to train or directly into city. City 15 to 20 mins drive 49 to Goldcoast an hour to to Sunshine Coast. We have 2 dogs that own the place ,an elderly boarder collie,Wallace who prefers his outside views and little Maximus who is smaller than a cat and sleeps in my bed. They are part of the family and love every one. Quiet and playful. We looking for a our new good friend. Someone that does there own thing but likes to stop and chat and have a few laughs sometimes. We enjoy visitors and although we are all independent, we have a night now and then having a BBQ and and a few drinks. The house is always clean. We just clean up as we go and help out with cleaning when where about. We have a Gardner in the house who lives looks ng after them. We just have to enjoy.

Hi! We're Aaron and Harper! 23 year old male (human) and 1 year old female desexed, registered, trained (continuous) black Labrador respectfully. We're looking for a sharehouse or our own townhouse, granny flat, studio etc within 10-20 minutes from Taringa... (near Indooroopilly). North or Southside it doesn't matter as long as its pet friendly with some grass in the backyard for Harper as she likes lazying around in the sun! We would prefer unfurnished but beggars can't be choosers, our max budget is $400 per week, if utilities are included that's a bonus however not necessary. Harper is a loveable dog, being a Labrador she loves getting out and being active, but will also enjoy a long cuddle when the mood sets. When not working, we're probably on the coast at a local beach, or exploring new places around Brisbane, GC, sunnycoast etc so you might not even see us too much! Oh and tagging along is perfectly fine too, especially if you've got a pooch as Harper just loves other dogs/animals. We wouldn't mind a sharehouse with like minded flat mates where possible friendships can be formed - as who wouldn't want to be friends with the people they live with! We're also interested in teaming up and starting a new sharehouse too! We're looking at a move date around mid December or early January or flexiable with dates in between/ after, were not in the biggest rush as of yet just trying to secure a place early 🙂. The house is fully furnished, so you’ll only need to furnish your room. Quite a large backyard which has a variety of citrus trees and veggie patches (if you are in to gardening, you’re welcome to use it). Looking for someone reliable with bills, clean, can be social but considerate of each other’s space. Your bills would be always paid on time and be happy to contribute to communal things i.e. bin bags, dish washing needs etc. All utilities are split evenly and internet (NBN) evenly split. It's a quiet area with local shops nearby and public transportation within walking distance. Not far from the Mt Ommaney shopping centre or Jindalee DFO. Approx. 7mins from the Oxley Train Station and approx. 17-18km from the city. You would also be within walking distance to the Brisbane River, parks, shops and schools. Not many house rules: common areas are to be kept tidy, it is a non-smoking house and not a party house, however I am happy to have a few beers every now and then. Hi, Im Chantal, a 25 year old studying law full time whilst working part time as a paralegal in the city. I have a 5 year old pug named kai who is basically my child. We are both clean and outdoor enthusiast. We are also both food enthusiast however, Kai is on a diet due to his unfortunate issue of easily putting weight on, so we tend to cook together and he will miss out. I am needing to find a room as my long term partner is moving overseas for work and I am not wanting to take the current lease on, therefore, I want to move in with a couple of people who I can shared conversations with. As I said I am studying and therefore do not tend to venture out party wise. I will either be at uni, at work, at home studying or at any spare moment in time flying my paraglider somewhere in the Gold Coast Hinterland.
