Easy-going, very tidy and clean guy. I have 33 years old and appreciate a quiet and calm home environment. Not a party people kind of guy at all. Mostly into tea than wine, music than watching TV, eating raw and fresh food instead of cooking. When I am at home, I pretty like to relax, what does not mean I do not like a nice chat after a long day. Professionally, I have a background in the marketing and communication sector, as an account manager in advertising agencies. I am an international student of an MBA and work part-time with hospitality. My interests are related to a healthy lifestyle, such as outdoors activities, running, pilates, yoga, going to the beach, the park, and discovering new places.
Relaxed, reliable, considerate housemate, looking for a room in a sharehouse with likeminded people, and open to teaming up. I'm social, into travel, snowboarding, and I'm an amateur stand-up comic. I work full-time in policy at Optus by day, and I tend to have a fair bit on in the evenings. I like to stay active playing soccer, tennis, squash or rockclimbing. I also enjoy social boardgames over a couple of drinks, or heading out to comedy gigs, theatre or art exhibitions. * Don't need a carspace, but need to be near a train station. * Not looking to live with couples or children. * For team-ups - I have access to most of the furniture needed to set up a new home.
I'm a mid 30s professional female, working in the Sydney CBD and have been in Sydney for just over 12 months. I am a clean, tidy and neat housemate, respectful of personal space, property and appreciates the really basic things, like reading, listening to music and a movie. For fun, while I think I'm a movie and music buff, it has never earned me anything at pub trivia nights, but enjoy them too. I mostly get around Sydney, exploring and commuting by foot or bicycle. I especially enjoy the outdoors, staying active and seeing Sydney - which are some of the things that break the terrible workaholicism that I have. Friends would describe me as pragmatic, reliable and great in a crisis. I'm looking to share with someone like minded, quiet and doesn't mind the odd conversation. I'm mostly out training or working, and am barely home during the week. Although the weekends are my days to recharge. I'm not fussed if male or female, and I love animals, so if you have any, we will likely get along.
Hey :). Im quiet, respectful, clean and helpful. Work as a bartender during nights and study at uni during days so you wont be seeing much of me haha. Been in Australia for 8 years. Im 23 and originally from Siberia, Russia.
I work in Millers Point as an art director in advertising. I'm an early riser, run most days, non-drinker although enjoy socialising. I try my best to uphold good values, be unpretentious, practice mindfulness and respect those around me. Deeply passionate about the arts, people, culture, fashion, cinema, history, design, nature, exploring the world, and all things that encourage personal development, and a positive state of mind. Misc favourite things: • colour - navy blue, • movie - Fifth Element (2nd The Great Beauty) • country - Botswana • city - Tokyo • sport - rugby union • hobby - photography • artist - Maurizio Cattelan • actor - Gary Oldman • transport - walking • TV show - Law & Order SVU • Era - 90's • director - David Fincher
I'm just a really down to earth individual, easy-going, clean, tidy and love meeting new people. I know the boundaries of personal space and just looking to live with someone who is the same. We all like "me time" now and again haha! I'm a working professional so would like to live with someone like-minded. I can cook and have a keen interest in playing sport/ going to the gym. Please feel free to reach out to me at any time.
****** I'm looking for a place to stay ASAP! ****** Hi there, I'm Nimisha from the UK (born and raised), a British citizen. Currently, on a one-year working holiday visa in Australia. I enjoy networking and socializing. I am an easy-going, friendly and active individual. In terms of living, I am a clean and tidy person. What I'm looking for: - Clean and tidy household - Own room, fully furnished with clean bed - All bills included - Rent no more than $200 per week - No bonds, prefer to pay weekly - Preferably girls (possibly 1 guy) - Short distance to trains (approx. 5min) - Close to local gym Plus Fitness - Some friendly flatmates If you have a room available which is NOT shared and NOT a family home, please leave your mobile number and I will call you as soon as possible to arrange inspection and discuss further details. Thank you.
I'm really easy-going. I like being an introvert but I'm always up for hanging out too for movie nights or something! Basically I'm a sociable hermit, who enjoys socializing but also enjoys being holed up at home :) I just moved to Sydney last year from New Zealand so I'm still settling in. I currently work at Priceline North Sydney and in my spare time I like to do illustration, as well as play my Playstation 4 or go out exploring a bit more of Sydney. My PS4 does come with Netflix too 😆 I also know how to clean, I'm a pretty good cook but I'd say I'm a better baker. I make a really good banoffee pie...just saying. I'm good at chores as well, my Mum taught me well! Hope to meet my new future flatmates soon :D P.S: I'm definitely not looking to share a room with anyone so please don't message me about a shared room you have available. Also I have no problems living with smokers, as long as the actual smoke is never inside the house. Boundaries folks!
Hi, my name is Reza, 28 and currently living in West Ryde. I am a Civil Engineer and working as a planner in a full time job. I have changed my work and my new workplace is located in North Sydney. Now looking for a close and convenient place to my office. I am very easy going, friendly, tidy, clean and respectful and like to share a peaceful and tidy home with a like-minded flatmate. I do like to make my home a nice and friendly place to live and particularly care about tidiness and being considerate. For fun, I usually hang out with my close friends and dine out with a glass of wine to drink. My passion is Latin dancing which I allocate most of my evenings and spare time to it. Hope to hear from like-minded flatmates. Cheers, Reza
The room on offer is a double bedroom (3.6m x 3.2m). It comes with a standing wardrobe. The apartment is opposite Milsons Point Station. Great view out over Lavender Bay. Huge balcony and huge apartment. All the bedrooms have access to the balcony and a view over the water that you'll get to wake up to every morning. The apartment is fully furnished except for your bedroom. It also has ducted heating and cooling as well as undercover car spaces. Undercover visitor parking is available. We have superfast 100mb/s cable internet. $40 p/m each. Other bills include gas and electric which work out around $120-150 each per quarter - so its pretty cheap. An undercover security car space is available if needed and takes the cost of the room up to $330 per week. Normally the room is $310 but the rent is reduced by $20 a week to $290 as we currently rent out the second car spot. North Sydney pool and gym is less than a ten minute walk down the road and Aldi/Coles are a similar walk in the opposite direction.
I am quiet, easy going, like to have a clean place to live and am respectful of other people. I work in finance and have come to Sydney for a short term work contact in the CBD. I am a regular at the gym. I enjoy trying out local restaurants, watching tv, having a bit of a chat but also some quiet time too.
Hi! I'm currently studying an MBA and working for a Telco. I love to travel, read, and stay healthy. I'm a friendly and super tidy person. Looking to rent a place from this July.
Hello! I'm originally British and moved over to Sydney pretty recently (September!) and I'm loving everything it has to offer. I have a permanent job that will keep me pretty busy in the days - along with a nice long commute - and I enjoy keeping fit through going to the gym or playing netball in the evenings. I'm very easy going, have flat shared in London for 5 years with no problems. I'm looking for a place that is a home rather than just a place to sleep. I have a good amount of friends in Sydney already so won't be around all the time, but would love to have a glass of wine with my new flatmate(s)! As any 20 something, I of course love going out for dinner/drinks with friends, but I'm respectful of others space and privacy so won't have an spontaneous, wild parties! If you think that I'd be a good fit - I'd love to hear from you! Tamsin
:) Hi there, Im a full time student at Macquarie Uni, and i also work part time for Sephora. Im looking for a new place to live as my lease is about to end and I'm currently too far away from uni. Im a bit of a perfectionist so the house is always clean with me around. I'm basically looking for someone or others that are chill, clean and respectful of each others space.iv always had good friendships with my house mates and looking to finding new ones :)
Full-time working professional (corporate lawyer), who works in the city (can involve long-hours). Am looking for a place relatively close to the city, to share with a clean, tidy and considerate working professional. I'm not a partier, and tend to lead an active lifestyle. Due to work, weekends tend to be quiet for me, and I enjoy just using them to relax and unwind. Anything else, please ask.
I'm a 26 year old young professional. I work as a management consultant in the city and I am looking to move to a fun/vibrant area closer to work. During the week I am busy working but I do like to try and keep fit and maybe squeeze in a cheeky drink. On the weekends you will find me on some sort of outdoor adventure or at a bar. I am easy going and like a chat but also respect other people's personal space. I will need a room that I can fit a desk in as sometimes I will work from home and need my own space. This is important to me as I would prefer not to work in the loungeroom. If there is an office space this could work as well. If you've got a spare room that you think is suitable for me please be sure to reach out :).
Clean and respectful, I'm easy going and look for a peaceful and friendly place. I'm working a lot but I enjoy to share a meal (I love to cook) or have a drink when I'm at home. Love to chill in front of movies, im a bite nerdy about movies and TV series. I almost forgot, I am French (but speak fluently English) that is my 2nd year in Australia.
Long story short... I work in technology (dont hold that againt me) I am not a nerd but I wish I was #heartsdesire Been here in Sydney for about 2 years I think I will spend the rest of the life here because it is so lovely + I am not up for taking another 20 hour flight I am the tidiest person in the world(but not obsessive or anything), show me someone tidier and I would be the second tidiest professional level at giving my friends and family sh#t Up for Gogglebox style TV viewing, more banter, bring on the box sets/movies and anything that involves fitness and the great Aus outdoors You can even maybe get me to watch Home and Away(if its got subtitles) Hit me up if all of this sounds a fit with your friendly, cool digs. Would love to get amongst it!
Fresh out of uni, working in construction management. Looking to move closer to my workplace in North Sydney, and to find good mates in the process! Clean and tidy, oh and also enjoys the ocassional nights in and out. Pretty flexible with move in dates
