Hi! I work in an agency and I’m looking for a place closer to the city to shorten my commute. I’ll be away until 21st of September so I’m looking for a place after this date. I’m clean tidy respectful but also happy to grab a glass of wine or having a dinner/chat together:)
Hi! We have a gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a large balcony overlooking the harbour. The balcony has a 4 person outdoor setting to enjoy a wine at the end of the day! The third bedroom has been converted into a beautiful sunny office for exclusive use by you, which is perfect if you work from home regularly. The apartment has a huge living and dining area with large TV (and a couple of gaming consoles :P), as well as fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and all of the appliances you could need. We are in the heart of Milsons Point, only a 2 minute walk from Milsons Point train station and buses while also being walking distance to North Sydney. Tons of cafés, bars and restaurants around, and also only one stop to the city by bus, train or ferry! There is undercover, secure garage parking available for an additional $50 per week or alternatively, street parking which is free from 6pm to 8.30am. Netflix and 100mbps NBN internet are included in the rent however, electricity and gas are divided equally and paid quarterly. We also have an adorable cat who lives with us in the apartment, but he is very quiet and mostly sleeps all day. If you are allergic though, this apartment will not be suitable for you. We would love to live with someone easy going, tidy and respectful. Preferably a professional also who is happy to share in a drink after work but also respects each other's privacy.
Hello, I'm Paulo! I'm a super friendly half Brazilian half Portuguese guy that works full time in Frenchs Forest. I am a civil engineer, and currently work in a skip bin/recycling company. I'm extremely clean and tidy, easy going, love to talk to new people and also to cook :) I love traveling, good food, sports, culture and music. My next trip is hopefully to the Philippines to dive with whale sharks! I am looking for a long term private room. I have an Australian girlfriend, and I stay at her house a few days a week, but I am looking for a flat mate that doesn't mind me having her over every now and again as well :) We love to cook together and hope you would love to cook with us too! I am looking for a nice place to call home with friendly people. My intention is to apply for permanent residency in Australia, so I am not looking for temporary arrangements. Thanks!
I'm from the UK and have just landed in Sydney, having backpacked through Asia for the last year. I'm about to start a role working in Software Sales and plan to be in Australia for at least 4 years. I've got loads of hobbies including soccer, rock climbing, yoga, running etc. I have my own mates in Sydney and I'm pretty self-sufficient but would equally like a social house where we all hang out. Ideally, I'm looking for a 2/3 bed house close to the Ocean. I'll be working in North Ryde so will also need somewhere to park my car. I'm keen to live somewhere with character that will leave many memories of my time in Sydney. Open to finding someone on here and renting a two bed also.
Hi 😊 just a regular girl doing a regular job that lives out in Penrith and works in North Sydney. So I’m looking for a place closer to work. Born and raised in Australia. Of Sri Lankan background. I’m very neat and tidy, self sufficient and do my own thing. I like to take a trip most of the time on my own to a new destination each year. Do a 9-5 job as an Analyst for one of the top 4 major Banks. On weekends I like to go out to dinner with my friends.
Hi, my name is Alper. I am a well-traveled 29 year old IT project manager. I am looking for a cheap place to stay for 6 months or longer as I am trying to save for my Antarctica expedition next year. I usually spend my time in front of the computer researching something in my room or reading a book. I also hit the gym quite often. On the weekends, I try to sail or go for hikes. I don't leave a mess and prefer not to clean after others. I am quite respectful and known to get along with people easily.
I'm a film student currently at university studying communications and media. I love to make things and love all things creative and crafty. I do like time to myself to unwind and work on assessments. That being said I'd ideally love to live with people who are down to hang out every now and then and who are up for a good chat! I'm looking for a private room preferably with long term stay and somewhere that's close to public transport. I'm also open to starting up a new sharehouse altogether. Feel free to contact me if we would live well together!
