I'm easy to live with and clean. Have a great well trained mini groodle who doesn't shed and dishes out lots of love. I work in marketing for a online retailer, am from North QLD but have lived in Sydney for seven years. Love live music and comedy, podcasts and am pretty easy to get along with, have shared houses for about 13 years so get all the ways of the roommate lifestyle. Happy to sign longer lease if a great fit but minimum 3 months. I'm looking for a new place on my own or happy to consider sharing as long as it's a private bathroom and room. Obviously my dog will also need to join me!
what i personally love about this place is the location and accessability to facilities and amenities. Apart from the swimming pool and a small GYM in the building , northsydney swimming pool is just 2 minutes walking distance. There is a woolworths , bakery and a wide range of restaurants across the road but another 10 min walking distance to walker street there is coles , aldi and a lot more in green plaza north sydney. Milsons point train station is right in front of the building and there is concierge service during business hours. The place is fully furnished, all kitchen utensils, Weber BBQ, oven and everything else you may need is provided and the bedroom is very spacious with a large wardrobe and a fitted with a quin size bed and 2 bedside tables , but if you want to bring your own bed, We can make arrangement for that too . What i am looking for is a professional, tidy and respectful housemate and I would definitely am the same. If you feel like this is the place to call home, please drop me a note to organise a time to come in for a chat and meet in person.
My name's Paulo, I'm a really nice Brazilian guy that works full time in a skip bin company in French Forest. I'm very clean an tide, social and outgoing, easy going, live to talk and have a dinner together. I can do a really good Brazilian style barbecue ;) and really appreciate a beer or wine. I'm honest and respectful too. I love traveling, good food, sports, culture and music. Looking for my own room (long term). Looking for a nice place to call home with nice and friendly people. Cheers.

Hi, I'm a friendly guy looking for a new place to live in. I work full time in an accounting firm in North Sydney. I grew up in Africa and came over to Sydney about 10 years ago. I have been in Sydney for 9 years now but surprisingly find new spots to visit every now & then. Sometimes I do like to go out and explore new venues / locations but mostly I prefer to chill out after a long day's work. I like tennis (mostly watching with a rare hit too), food (eating out with an occasional cooking), going out for movies sometimes and travel. Let me know if you have a place available near the train station and hopefully something works out. Looking forward to hearing from you. Cheers.
Hi I’m Tash. Fun, friendly and responsible, I’m looking for a private bedroom, furnished if possible. I work locally in Chatswood at a theatre and I teach Drama at schools on the north shore so near Chatswood is ideal. I work and perform a lot so close to the train station is helpful as I need to zip around Sydney for acting jobs. I do have a car so I’ll need to be able to park nearby. Ideally I’d love a friendly household where I can have a chat & a laugh. Thanks 😊
Hi, I'm Jess, Originally from England, I've lived in London for the past 8 years but I'm looking to live and work in Sydney for the next few months. (I've just been working fulltime in Melbourne.) I'm a pretty chill, quiet person but I enjoy socialising (bonus if it's with good coffee or wine). I'm looking for somewhere a little homely where I can relax and enjoy evenings with my flatmates.
I love a peaceful and calm place as I work a lot. I m an easygoing guy and I enjoy having fun on my leisure time, so wine and friends are welcome...I like dogs, music, gym and happy to cook eventually .
