Law Student. Friendly, reliable, and trustworthy, looking for a private room to rent in late June. I will be working and studying most of the weekdays, only in weekend, I enjoyed watching films and play videogames.
I'm neat, reliable, considerate and honest. I don't spend too much time at home but when I do I like to chill out and enjoy being social as well. I work in north Sydney as a finance professional. Looking for a good home.
I've been working full time for a NGO in the city for 1,5 years and currently looking for a long-term accommodation (up to 1 year) close to city. (A bright and sunny room is preferred). I'm very quiet, clean and considerate and want to share apartment/ house with someone who is quiet, clean and respectful as well. I'm quite busy with work and often go hiking with friends during weekend so when i get home i just want to have a relaxing and super quiet environment to rest. But it doesn't mean i don't like some chat or hanging out together sometimes. If you like to share with someone who always pays rent on time, is quiet and reliable then please drop me a line. P/s: If you have a private room to rent out in Surry Hill, Paddington, Ultimo, Chippendale, Surry Hill, Darlinghurst then my budget is up to $280/week.
Hi, I have relocated from sunny Qld to Sydney for a new job in an investment company. I am easy going, love a good chat, but also respectful of other's privacy. Likes to keep things tidy but not OCD. Most of all would like to find a place I can call home and relax after work. As I will be working in the CBD (near Circular Quay), Im looking for a place preferably close to public transport so I can commute to and from easily (train, buses or ferries). Looking for like-minded professionals to share their home.
Creative, social & extroverted. Like to play the guitar, cook & read. Other passions? craft beer, astronomy, art & philosophy. Prior to Aus, I lived in UAE, USA, Spain & India and I've lived in multi-cultural share houses and understand the dynamics of living in share homes. I worked with EY for around 4 years before moving to Aus to study at Uni. Currently, I work for Deloitte in the Sydney CBD. I'm 28 and looking to live in a home with other social, respectful and mature individuals in their mid to late 20's. I'm looking for a large room, preferably furnished. Location is everything, the house needs to have good public transport connectivity. Non-smoking household preferred. I enjoy cooking and it would be nice to have a good kitchen where we can share a chat and exchange some culinary tips. Personally, I'm social, respectful and clean. I like to host social dinners every once in a while but I'm not a party person and enjoy keeping a balance between fun and work. I spend considerable time reading & studying music, and I will be doing long hours at work during the week. As much as I like to be social I respect others privacy and need for space.
I am respectful, tidy and social with enough savvy to know when to give someone some space. I live a corporate lifestyle, have a steady income and spend my spare time training (Brazilian Jui Jitsu) and catching up with friends. Happy for a chat and catch up about the day or indeed to leave you in peace.
I was born in Shanghai, live in Singapore and relocating to Sydney in July for work. I'm a consultant at one of those big accounting firms, considerate, easy going, sociable, enjoy good food and wine, do a lot of sports - running, swimming and weight training. I'm looking for a place with own bathroom, clean and definitely a good housemate(s) I can have an odd chat/glass of wine with!
Hi. We'd like to find a quietly place with easy going people. We like to have neat, tidy, calm house for longer time. We respect another privacy, and we are looking for the same. Peter is working everyday in construction, so after work likes to chill. Agnes is studying English in CBD. We are calm people, who like cooking with wine, and listening beat blender.
Full-time working professional (corporate lawyer), who works in the city (can involve long-hours). Am looking for a place relatively close to the city, to share with a clean, tidy and considerate working professional. I'm not a partier, and tend to lead an active lifestyle. Due to work, weekends tend to be quiet for me, and I enjoy just using them to relax and unwind. Anything else, please ask.
Well I'm a very healthy, happy person who just returned to sydney to work again in corporate consulting after 8 years in eco-living in Bellingen and Byron hinterlands. Im happy to explore choices before I get my items out of storage and set up somewhere. I'm sociable, peaceful. I could even housesit-contra $, a big beautiful house with a garden - as I love nature and gardening and have beautified many properties turning them into retreats and oasis's (landscaping, gardening, food forests and organic vege's...). I'd love to be in nature when not in my wonderful corporate job in the city... I am into wellbeing, vegetarian, into yoga (member of fitness first to do the yoga :-) ) and love to be happy, fun, healthy. Im non judgemental and like living with people who give me space as I do them, while being really sociable when the time suits us. I love to laugh so not so into people who are into dramas, complaining (too much). Our home is a haven away from the cares of the world - so let's make it sacred, and peaceful and joyful! Im very youthful for my age (we're eternal!) and my body feels it - so I am cool to hang with young vibrant people who have soul and also wise elders wanting to contemplate the meaning of life!
Hi. I'm a Brit working full time as a teacher in the Ku-ring-gai area and I need a place to stay for term three of the NSW school year. I'm looking in the North Shore (preferably lower). My budget would be around 220 for a private or 150 for shared (so lower end) A social life is important. I want to live with sociable, chilled out people who like to spend time together. I like to go out and have fun but I'm also respectful of noise / cleanness. The only absolute requirement is that there must be somewhere to park. If the building has a gym / pool or the house has a piano that's a massive bonus. Cheers, Mark
My name is Maddy, I'm 20 and looking for a house to share with two rooms for rent for myself and a close friend. I'm currently a student in North Sydney and work part time as a Swimming and ESL teacher. I have prior experience to living in share houses both in Australia and overseas. We are both tidy housemates who are friendly, kind and outgoing We both enjoy others company, but I also enjoy our own space. Both enjoy being outdoors, travelling & catching up with friends. I can also cook!
Recently finished my studies and will be starting full-time work soon so looking for a place that I can call home. I'm 25, female, easy going and sociable with lots of experience in house sharing. I keep a fairly busy life but enjoy good company and the occasional banter/pizza/movie nights in. In my free-time I enjoy painting, coffee catch ups and being outdoors. I enjoy animation (though not limited to), eating and board games. Looking to live with professionals in their mid-20 to 30s. I am hoping to find a place by mid/latest end-August though this may be earlier so date is flexible till December so 5/6 months.
Looking to move any time around August 2017. Looking for a house share situation not an apartment thanks. Hi I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough for a queen bed. I have some other household things, happy to share or store under the house in boxes. Some of the things I need room for include a 2 seater couch, a push bike, 2 cd racks and a few plastic boxes of stuff. So depending on the space somethings could be stored in the bedroom and some in a lock up garage space or ideally a storage space. I am on a 7 day roster and work most weekends and some late shifts too. I have been sharing for over 20 years in Sydney and I respect people's space and know how to clean up after myself. I am not a party person - I like to live in a peaceful, tranquil environment. I'm a vego, non-smoker, respect your privacy, pay rent and all my bills on time, friendly and clean. Happy to cook a curry at home or a buy a take away and chat about life over a meal. I work in the cbd mostly 10.30-7pm; sometimes earlier sometimes later. It's most likely that you probably won't run into me that often because of my work hours. As I work outside of normal hours and most weekends, with days off mostly during the week I'm looking for a quiet household on a quiet street or cul-de-sac with minimal traffic noise etc. So if Meriton is building 7 thousand units next door to your place - it's probably not the place I'm looking for ... :) I don't drive but I do need good access to public transport. Also a dryer in the laundry would be handy for those washing days when it's raining all day... :) Please feel free to send me a message if you think you have a place for me. Cheers - Samantha.
Private room or a room of 2 people MAXIMUM ONLY. I am looking for a convenient place in the city or in the surrounding suburbs, no more than 15 mins bus/train ride away. I'm working part-time/casual in retail with stable income. I enjoy quiet night ins with a six pack of beer and TV shows, and cooking. Accounting student who would need heaps of quiet time and alcohol because, duh, numbers. Wouldnt mind sharing meals and having substantial convos if we're likeminded. Or you know we can just sit comfortably in silence. That's probably even better. Darlinghurst, Newtown, Surry Hills, Ultimo would be a good fit to what I'm looking for but anywhere in Townhall would be perfect. Furnished, no dodgy terms and hidden bills please. Message me the room condition and price, and i'll get back to you ASAP. Thank you!
I am a friendly, quiet and easy-going person who is working on establishing an online bakery business. Great as a roommate, currently working full-time in the IT industry and during my spare time (mostly weekend) I will be cooking something up in the kitchen, now you know the advantage of living with me, you always get to be the first one to try out my products! ;D I'm also willing to pay extra for the electricity bill for oven usage, we could negotiate a price on that. I play video games and love watching movie, but I will also respect other's privacy as well as expecting others to respect mine. I generally stay in my bedroom after work, but If you want a little chat or want to have meals together from time to time, I would be more than happy to join the occasion. :)
I am a Finance Graduate from Sydney currently working full time. I enjoy playing soccer, hanging out with friends, wine, beer and paying bills on time.

Full time professional Mon-Fri. I love a good laugh over wine with friends but am also mindful of other house mates. Give me a call or text if you think i'd be the right fit for your home!
Hi I'm looking for a new modern clean place to live with security. Ideally I love to team up with someone who can afford a 2 bed 2 bathroom. Id be HAPPY!!!! I currently work from home however I'm very active, loves sports & tend to travel sporadically last minute, mostly interstate. I've always had my own place so I'm looking for something big and spacious or to share. I'm an exotic mixed nationality, social, love good food and restaurants. I've travelled extensively and I consider myself extremely tidy borderline OCD at times and prefer others to be clean and hygienic. I wont bore you any longer. Please feel free to ask for more information.
