Huge 6 room house with big lounge, kitchen and a nice private backyard. Furnished house, but room is unfurnished. Can come with a double bed if requested. Room already has a large wardrobe built in on the wall plus a desk. If you have a fridge you can bring with you it’ll be a huge bunus as ours is too small for 4 people right now. Only takes 2 minute walk to Mitcham shopping centre, and 3 gyms nearby. House is in a very nice area with 10 min drive to city and bus stop 2 minute walk away. All nearby pubs and cafes are very close by. Bathroom is shared, and there is unlimited internet not included in rent. we divide all bills which is in addition to the rent. Bills usually arent that much. Monthly internet around $12 per person, bills about $50 per person quarterly.
Mature, responsible, easing into retirement after a long professional career in IT. Clean and quiet. Vegetarian, non-smoker. I can provide good references. I enjoy company but also quiet time reading or writing. I'm fit and active, running most days and cycling frequently. I'm very domesticated, a reasonable cook and like a clean and tidy place. Hi, I'm Soyoung from Korea, currently here with working holiday visa but planning to go to uni next year. I'm easygoing, friendly and good listener. I love to have a good chat and a laugh with people and I get along with people well. I like to go out, play sports, do work out, watch movies, travel and so many other things. :D But at the same time, I like to stay home watch all TV shows, read books, eat good food, just have some relax time for myself. Tho, I work 6 days so I'm hardly at home. Also I like to maintain room and other area clean and neat. I hope my first time ever in Australia especially in Adelaide can be perfect with good flatmates :) Thanks!
I'm a french student in agronomy. I will do an internship in the university of Adelaide. It would start in September. I really like to meet new people, to do sport and to discover knew places.
Hi, my name is Chris. I am an honest, trustworthy, hard working and super clean young man that has lived in Mitcham most of my life. My schooling was at Scotch College so I am very familiar with the area and the south eastern suburbs in general. I am always willing to help out and contribute as much as possible to keep a positive living environment and I enjoy relaxing and having a few wines/beers on weekends. I think my level of cleanliness is well above the average person so rest assured I will keep and look after a home as if it were my very own. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any further questions or would just like to chat regarding team-ups for properties. Thank you :)
I'm a 24 year old arts adminstrator who would always keep the fridge stocked with beer. I work 9-5 at the Adelaide Film Festival, so I'm generally out of the house during the day. I enjoy chilling out with dinner or a drink in the evening and on weekends. I do a lot of writing outside of work, I like to cook (trying new recipes all the time, and I've not had any complaints on my cooking yet), and I try to get out on the weekends to do a bit of hiking or go to the beach (whichever is seasonally appropriate). I'm looking for a mellow kind of household, preferably close to the city, with great, accepting housemates :)
Room available in a beautiful share house. Room is nice and light, about 3x3m. House quite large and spacious with two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and a yoga/tv room. Large outside area with plump and peach trees, sage bush and some other herbs.
Hi, I am a teacher working with kindy aged children in a full time job. Love my work, love cooking, gardening, music, bike riding, getting outside and going to gym. I’m enjoy keeping a tidy clean home, and enjoy being with people. I grew up on a farm near Gawler and have a lovely family. Have three children who have partners and a gorgeous young grandson whom I take out on great weekend adventures.
I'm a full-time uni student in my final year of a Bachelor of Education/ Bachelor of Arts at Flinders Uni. I also work in childcare during uni holidays and usually nanny during the semester. I'm seeking long term accomodation for myself and my dog, Narla. She is a 2.5 year old labrador retriever, who is very obedient and an all round beautiful girl! I'm looking for a place that is first of all, safe and secure, and pet friendly. I'd like to feel that I am able to use the living spaces and not confined to my room. I enjoy the occasional social interaction, shared meal once in awhile and movie in the lounge. I'd hope to have house mates that also enjoyed the company of others occasionally and not just remain in their room and never communicate and interact with each other. I'm a non smoker and would not consider living with anyone who does.
I am 27 years old, am quiet and reasonably introverted. I am friendly when approached, easy to get along with, and flexible. I like gaming, hiking, bike riding, rock climbing, politics, sports, psychology and fantasy/sci-fi. I work as a tutor most evenings, as well as working from home. I have a car and a bike; I drive when I need to, and ride when I can. Current kicks: Deep Rock Galactic, Semiosis, Don't Starve Together, Bouldering, Pokemon, Complaining about Bike Lanes, Grammar, and a Working Wardrobe.
Hi my name's Bianca! I'm looking to move to the Marion area in the next few months. I work as a housekeeper in West Beach and study a certificate 3 in business. I'm quiet and like to keep to myself but also like to have a cheeky wine or 6! In my spare time I like to go to the pub with friends. I am also really good at making tacos and love having tacos nights with the housemates. I have a 2 year old black domestic short hair cat (more like a tiny silky black panther). Her name is Lacey and she is desexed, micro chipped and vaccinated. Lacey is very well trained and never makes any mess or eats food that isn't her own and listens when you no. She loves people and doesn't know what stranger danger means, she also likes to attempt to catch bugs and fail. I have lived in share houses before so I have respect for peoples privacy and belongings and have always payed rent and bills on time, I also like to keep a house clean and organised as it makes a house a relaxing place to come home to. I would like to start a new share house with people my own age, that are motivated, respectful of others and have positive outlooks! Message me if you are interested in having me be your next housemate or wanting to team up and find a new place, looking forward to hearing from you!

I currently have a place I’m looking at, it’s in St Marys for $420 a week, Which I’d really like to apply for ASAP, Me and my house mate both work hospitality, I’m out during the days and she is out during the evenings, we cook a lot and are very clean and easy going. I'm a very quiet tenant who is full-time employed at an engineering company and I'm involved in a number of community organisations. I'm very socially engaged, have some interesting pastimes, and have a very wide and extensive group of friends that I visit regularly however rarely have over. I like watching old movies, listening to old music, and reading old books (there's a pattern there) but I'm very interested in new things and look forward rather than backward. I'm open minded on social issues and enjoy a good belly laugh. I try and keep myself in good condition though I am susceptible to a nice shiraz. I have recently enrolled at uni (online). I am LGBTQI friendly and keep my nose out of other people's business. A great day for me is breakfast at a nice cafe and a walk or swim at the beach. My life is an open book so if you'd like to know something then just ask me. I'm looking for long term accommodation however never say never. Please note I am not looking for share house accommodation.

Hey everyone, my name's Manita, I'm 23 years old and studying a Bachelor of health science/master of occupational therapy at flinders university. I love going out for coffee, walks on the beach, watching netflix and having a drink or two with friends. I enjoy being social but also like my own space to relax and study. I'm clean, respectful of others and easy going. I've been living in share houses for four years and love meeting new people and making new friends. I often go interstate to visit family and friends during uni holidays. I have a beautiful 15 year old labrador border collie cross named Blossom. She loves food, pats, short walks and otherwise sleeps the majority of the day. Let me know if you're interested in catching up for a coffee or have a room available :) Looking forward to hearing from you

Hey future flatmates :) My name is Zoey and I'm a final year nursing student working part-time. I am looking for a room in a gay-friendly shared house, I like to keep things tidy, nice and clean! I have a digital piano and I write scores, would love to live with people who enjoy art and music. I keep the volume down when necessary, it will not bother anyone :) I'm pretty chill, easy to get along with, like to grab a drink or two in town with friends on the weekends when I'm not busy. Or stay home read and Netflix. If you have a place available in my preferred suburbs, please hit me up :D
I'm a science, health & nutrition nut. I like staying active by cycling to work, playing volleyball and hiking. I enjoy beer, food and tech. I'm very social and would get along most with a household willing to discuss philosophy, politics, lifestyles & all the rest! Comfortable and extroverted, I definitely find myself getting along best with others of a similar ilk! I have a bunch of furniture and appliances that I could bring if necessary, or dispose of one way or another if unnecessary. Critically, I am looking for a place with a large yard as I have a pair of ducks, and their 'duck condo' duckponics garden system to bring with me. As such, I come with home grown eggs, vegetables and mushrooms.
My name is Jennah and I’m 21 years old. People describe me as a bubbly and happy person. I’m also a very clean and tidy person. I enjoy reading, cooking, hanging out with mates, and binge watching tv shows. I’m a full time student currently in my final year at UniSA. I also work part time at Woolworths. Ideally looking for somewhere near Mitcham/Unley/Westbourne Parks areas, sharing with females only, maximum $180/week rent including utility bills.
