Young quiet couple into health and fitness. Both of us are neat and tidy
I work in the public libraries sector and am planning to do further study this year. I love animals and enjoy volunteering in my spare time. Recently I bought a book on veggie gardening as I’m hoping to get back into that this year. I’m not a party animal and like a peaceful, clean and quiet home, with someone respectful who doesn’t mind having a meal together every now and again. A place where pets are allowed would be great, as would a vegan-friendly household 🌱
It is a neat and tidy, fully furnished, 3 bedroom family home with 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms, with Foxtel in main living area. We are on NBN and have Netflix available. There is ducted heating and cooling throughout the home. There are spacious outdoor areas, with neat tidy gardens plus an outdoor patio area at the rear of the house. There is ample room in the kitchen and includes fridge, stove, oven & dishwasher. The bedroom is furnished, with a double bed, built in robe, desk, bedside draws and linen basket. Bedding, linen and towels are included, if required. The occupant will have their own bathroom and toilet. We have a cleaner once per fortnight, so the occupant would only be responsible for keeping their room neat and tidy, plus cooking their own meals. The house is situated close to shopping and the movie complex at Mitcham Square. It is a 5 minute walk to the train station which provides easy access to and from the city. We are close to the bus route to Flinders University and Marion Shopping Centre. There is also a bus close by, that travels into the city. We are in close proximity to the local beaches and Adelaide Hills.
Hello beautiful people of Adelaide ! Welcome to 6 Bakers Road, otherwise playfully known as Babetown :) :). We are a loving sharehouse of 7 people. Basically, it's one big property with two houses plonked on it, plus there's a granny flat out the back. You will have plenty of space (there's a big backyard too!) and plenty of time to yourself if you like, and on the other end you will have plenty of chances to make new friends and engage in the community environment that is this beautiful sharehouse! there's a lot of love in this house and we're looking forward to introducing ourselves to our new housemate :). You will have access to both houses, so therefore 3 bathrooms and two kitchens plus a cool outdoor setting which is also undercover :). and we have chickens! the room is unfurnished however you might be able to keep the mattress! the rest of the space is completely furnished, except one of the houses will be losing a fridge (but it shall be replaced right away, which you might need to chip in for - don't worry we like to get stuff here at the cheapest possible price!) THE ROOM HAS SO MUCH IN-BUILT CUPBOARD AND SHELF SPACE! It's seriously so cool and handy :) $120 per week rent plus gas and electricity. Move in date is feb 3 but this can be negotiated on if necessary :). We're just having to doublecheck what the bond amount is but it's roughly $500. Internet is not currently connected but it shouldn't be an issue to connect it and people are keen to get this up and going :) Contact Peach if interested
Huge 6 room house with big lounge, kitchen and a nice private backyard. Furnished house, but room is unfurnished. Can come with a double bed if requested. Room already has a large wardrobe built in on the wall plus a desk. If you have a fridge you can bring with you it’ll be a huge bunus as ours is too small for 4 people right now. Only takes 2 minute walk to Mitcham shopping centre, and 3 gyms nearby. House is in a very nice area with 10 min drive to city and bus stop 2 minute walk away. All nearby pubs and cafes are very close by. Bathroom is shared, and there is unlimited internet not included in rent. we divide all bills which is in addition to the rent. Bills usually arent that much. Monthly internet around $12 per person, bills about $50 per person quarterly.

Hey I’m Tahnee, I’m studying journalism and working part time. I keep myself busy, love getting outdoors and to the beach and staying active. I’m respectful, tidy and easy to get along with. Looking for easy going housemates who want to hang out but also respect personal space :)

My name is John, 29 and I'm looking for a new place to call home. I just started a new full time job as service technician near the airport, worked part time as electrician last year. My current home is in Sturt (Marion) which I have lived the past 12 months with a RN, who is the owner of the house. We get along well, did a roadtrip together, keep watching horromovies every now and then and respect eachothers privacy even when her mum is here for a visit from China. The reason I want to move is that I'm just looking for a change, get to know other people and socialise a bit more. A bit to myself: I'm uncomplicated and easy going, not a partygoer, quiet, very responsible, try to be outside cycling, hiking or play volleyball when I can, drink rarely but won't say no to everything, neat and tidy in nature and always respectful to others. At home I like to listen to music or watch netflix, but not in my room. Financially I never missed any bill or rent, don't smoke and have no pets. I'm looking for people with similar age. Please contact me for an inspection. I'm free on weekdays after 5pm. Cheers John.
27 years old, travelling to Adelaide from Perth to begin my studies in Viticulture and Oenology at Uni Adelaide In Feb; looking for a place to set up for a minimum of 6 months, ideally located close to Adelaide Hills and the Uni Adelaide Waite Campus. I am recently married, but my wife will be remaining in Perth to continue her career. I am relaxed and easy going, Tidy, prompt and respectful of others; I enjoy running, cooking and of course the odd glass of wine or two! More extroverted than introverted, however I enjoy my personal space and am aware of the personal space of others.
I am a 27yo female professional who travels between Australia and Europe working mainly at events and festivals. I have a good grounding of 14 years of life lived in Adelaide. I am looking for a space to exist from around the 20th of January until the 20th of March. I have flexibility around this too. Even though this could be considered a short term stay I like to treat everywhere I live as if it is a home so would love to land in an already established and much loved space. I picture a garden, a kitchen to cook and share food, friendly housemates. A place to retreat after work. I will Be working around 40hrs a week For the fringe so will be relaxing and restoring when not at work. I love to cook, swim and retreat to nature. I like human beings, plants and science. Not a huge party animal these days but love to socialise over a glass of wine. I have savings for rent and expenses. In terms of location I would like to be close to the city, the hills or the beach. If you think you could point me in the direction of this please feel free to msg me for a wee chat and a potential cup of tea. 👌🏻🙂🙃🙂 P. S. I am not in Adelaide at the moment but am looking to line something up for my arrival
I am kind and down to earth person, who values my privacy and space and will do the same to others, but I also like hanging out and having a drink while chatting or watching tv. I don't smoke or do drugs and I've lived overseas for three and a half years. I will be working locally in the disability sector. If there's anything else you'd like to know, just send me a message 😊
Well travelled and enjoy meeting new people. Lived in share houses in London for 3 years so appreciate and respect other peoples space. I like a clean place but I'm not OCD about it. If you have pets that's cool. I enjoy going out but also nights in.
Responsible, keep to myself but can be sociable. Clean but not overly obsessive. I have 3 pets all well behaved. 1 dog and 2 cats . They may come to you for pats otherwise I take full care of them. I have a casual job and also run my own buisness. Im also finishing my diploma this year so I will be very busy. I smoke but only outside. Looking to share half a house or rent 2 rooms as I have some furniture and appliances. Anywhere south of adelaide would be great.

Am a tradie so can turn my hand to fix pretty much anything. Like home cooking, and interesting conversation. Hey, I'm a History student at Flinders, and act in plays in my spare time - I end up keeping myself quite busy, so will most likely not spend a whole lot of time at home, but I'm quite an easygoing friendly person who is also up for a chat when around. I've been staying at a sharehouse for the last year, and am just looking for a bit of a shake-up.
