Hello I'm Jem! I'm quiet, honest, easy to talk to and very respectful. I also absolutely love meeting new people! I have a friendly calm 7 y.o cat who does his own thing, has never attacked scratched or bitten anyone ever, however he does not get along with other animals at all. I know how to take care of myself and how to take care of a home, I have lived by myself for 2 years and out of home since I was 17, I am very clean and tidy and always willing to chip in with anything that needs to be done. I enjoy creative things, I love gardening reading writing hiking and drawing but also love to binge watch Netflix or weird documentaries with a cheeky glass of wine. I don't party I just want a nice place to call my own so I can work hard. I have all my own furniture and appliances so unfurnished is fine or I'm happy to bring along anything that might be needed Im also in the process of looking at a few 2-3 bedroom properties through real estates, I have some inspections coming up and if any of you are interesting in teaming up then just message me and you are welcome to come along I kind of need to find a place asap Feel free to message me any time :)
Hey! My name is Winsome and I am the housemate you are looking for! I currently live in Brisbane and am moving to Canberra from January to the end of March, possibly into April to complete an internship. I will be working 5 days a week and am looking for accommodation that is close to Civic. I am studying Peace and Conflict Analysis at the University of Queensland. Right now I'm living with 4 other girls in a sharehouse where I share all communal spaces and a bathroom. I am clean and tidy, always down for a chat, a movie, or some dinner, but also like to hang out in my room and watch Netflix. Look forward to hearing from you!
I am 18 years old and currently in the process of moving out of home. I have a full time and part time job so I will not be at the house all day everyday. I love dogs so it would be a bonus if a dog was at the house. I am pretty quiet and I like having my private space but would love to have dinner with my flatmates and watch tv. I am in an army family so I have moved around quite a lot, I say I am from Townsville but I'm not really from anywhere if i'm honest. I am looking for all female flatmates but am flexible if there is 1 or 2 boys in the house.
Hey hey!! I'm an IT professional that loves a spot of banter and a good ol laugh! I At this stage, my general working hours are from 8 - 4 Monday - Friday, and weekends are usually taken up by NSWRFS. However these times could vary dependent of project work ect (shift work may be included however I'm not one to complain about too much noise) I am a quiet, responsible adult who likes to spend my downtime either at the gym, studying the latest and greatest IT developments, Playing Xbox, out puttering around on my Motorbike or even vegging out on the couch with Netflix. I am one to clean up after myself and even cook dinner (Winner, winner - chicken dinner)
My brother Leigh (19), and I are moving to Canberra from Kalgoorlie in WA for work/an adventure. We both have jobs lined up and I will also be looking for a nursing job as I’ve just graduated from my degree. We are requiring a large enough room to share/two separate bedrooms in either an existing share house or to team up with others and form one. Our budget is approximately $170 each. We have one vehicle that we will be needing to park somewhere. Preferably the room(s) would be furnished however we can arrange minimal furniture if not. Our length of stay is undecided at the moment however it’ll be a minimum of 3 months. I intend on staying for around 6 months but there’s a small chance Leigh will go back to WA earlier. The two of us are social and would like to live somewhere we can get on well with our housemates. We enjoy training in the gym, cooking food, outdoorsy stuff and an occasional drink. We will however be working full time and no doubt will like some peace and quiet from time to time. After staying at our Mum’s house you can rest assured we are well trained in regards to cleanliness.
I am moving up from Melbourne to study a Masters Degree in Neuroscience at ANU. I am looking for somewhere clean and reasonably quiet. I enjoy reading, board games, going for walks, and chatting about interesting topics. I have experience living in two different sharehouses, and am a big believer in establishing clear expectations and in everyone doing their part to keep everything clean, tidy, and running smoothly.
I work at a cafe in Woden, I also a full time student at uni. Most of the time, you'll find me either watching netflix or studying. I like to hang with my friends and make music. All that I'm looking for is a place to stay while I finish uni.
I am a PhD student at ANU. I like my place quiet and clean. Hoping to find some like-minded people as roommates! Currently looking for female roommates only. Cheers!

I am a 34 year old female working fulltime in the public service. I'm a very tidy person and always clean up myself as I like to have clean surroundings. I'm a non smoker, not a big partier but do enjoy the occasional social drink with friends. I enjoy cooking, keeping active (trying!!), listening to podcasts, Netflix bingeing, and I do confess I am a sucker for trashy reality TV but I promise if you're not, I'll keep it to my room. I'm an easy going person and pretty chatty but I'm also very aware of respecting other peoples space and privacy. Ideally I'm looking for a room with my own bathroom and garage carpark (cleaning windscreens in winter is not ideal haha).
Highly educated, great communicator, respectful, considerate, easy going, tidy and clean, love fitness and coffee. I believe that one of the best things about living in a share-home is the people you meet and the new experiences you are exposed to. Cheers!

Hi there! I'm a chill uni student about to start a permanent part-time job looking for somewhere for myself and my bird to stay. I am looking for an unfurnished room if possible. If required I come with all the furniture and kitchen things needed for a flat, and I come with a flexible eating and chore style. I'm down for hanging out with my housemates, but I enjoy my own company too. I'm very go-with-the-flow, and am willing to compromise and work with my housemates. I have extensive renting experience, and a car, so if people want late-night maccas runs I'm your gal!

Ideally, in my future sharehouse I'd like to share the occasional dinner or casual drink with my flatmates and a couple of netflix/movie marathons. I'm 23 and work in the public service full time. I'm quite clean and tidy as a housemate, and like to have friends over every now and then. I've lived quite happily in a couple of previous share houses.
