I'm studying a Certificate IV Youth Work & trying to track down some part-time work, so somewhere walking distance to public transport would be great! Looking to stay around City of Marion/Holdfast Bay, however I'm open to anywhere south of the city. I've always been on top of paying rent and I have a stable income. Maximum budget $250 p/w bills included. I prefer a women only household (guests are fine :)). I'm a bit introverted but I'm keen to have a yarn or art session most days! I like to clean as I go to avoid things building up and cook in bulk, so I don't spend much time in the kitchen. Happy to split housework and/or communal items like toilet paper, dish soap, etc. I'm fairly laid-back and love good convos or comfy silence all the same. I have a good sense of humour, and I'm sociable but I do enjoy my down time too. I have 2 sausage dogs who will be moving interstate with me. Pringle is 4, and is a total sook, she loves attention and cuddles. Poppy is slightly shyer, but loves to play once she knows you and will definitely soak up tickles. They are toilet trained and walked everyday, usually twice. A garden would have to be a must - for this reason. A house near reliable public transport would be amazing.
