I’m friendly, enjoy a chat and love me some wine. I’m a pretty active person also, like to go hiking, running and currently do cheerleading.
18 year old male from North Tassie studying Cybersecurity at Swinburne (Richmond). Easy, outgoing & loves a good chat & the occasional bev. - I spend my time socializing, working on IT-related projects, producing music and reading. I need to move asap so I'm keen to find almost anywhere really soon as time is imperative. - Main things I care about house wise are: a) Distance to Swinburne. b) Price. - Fine with pretty much anything as long as there's no black mold x. I'm very happy to pay up to 3 months of rent in advance ;) Feel free to flick me a message with any offers or questions :)
Hi Flatmates! I'm 20, from Hobart, and I have been living out of home since I was 17. I'm looking for a long term place to call home in the eastern Melbourne suburbs. I'm very friendly but a little quiet at first until I come out of my shell, I like to keep things clean and tidy, I love my me time and respect other peoples needs for privacy. I love going out for bevs when I can, hanging out and seeing friends, and discovering more of Melbourne. I'm definitely looking to potentially move in with people around my age group, who are quite chill like I am and are just genuine, honest, kind people. :)
Hey y'all, I'm 17 and planning to move out the second I turn 18 bc i want to be independent and all that jazz. I go from being extremely energetic and bubbly to completely isolating myself in my room, i love a good jam session and i can make a mean breakfast/dessert. Willing to share my Stan account, i'm addicted to vine and board games, unbeatable in Uno. I'm a huge night owl so i love spontaneous midnight trips anywhere. Fairly house trained, and i'll always make sure there's food to eat :))
Hi, I'm a down to earth Taiwanese girl who's studying interpreting and working part-time. Although I'm a bit shy I do love to make friends, and I think sharing house is a great way to develop deep friendship. I do hope that I can have lifelong friendship through house sharing with good people in this country. Don't worry, I know how to give personal space and respect your privacy! :) I'm not a party person, but I do enjoy group activities. I'm not very good at small talking but love to be a listener when someone needs to talk. I'm not a good cook yet but I enjoy cooking and preparing meals together with others. I might not be charming but I'm easy to get along with. I'm clean and tidy and just expect the same for the flat and flatmates. A good room to me would be a room that has a window to look out, within 10 min walking distance to train station, and can be covered by $200/week including all bills. Must be furnished and have internet available. Doesn't need to be big, doesn't need to have an own bathroom or balcony. I don't really swim or use any gym facilities. My preferred location is somewhere along the train line from Richmond to Box hill or from Jewell to Fawkner. I'm a christian, it would be nice to have christian flatmates, so please do contact me if you're looking for christian house share. If everything's good I would love to stay for longer than 6 months.

Location: Located right across from Box Hill Gardens. Best thing is how close it is to Box Hill Central, so if you love asian food (particularly hot pot and bubble tea) you'll love it. Also a 10 minute walk from the Box Hill Station and 109 tram. Bus to Chadstone and Westfield Doncaster is right outside the apartment. There are 2 gyms within walking distance too. There is no car park though and off street parking is very limited with clear ways and 2hr restrictions most of the time except weekends. The apartment: Fully furnished except for the bedroom. There is reverse cycling ac/heating in the living room. A HUGE balcony with much gardening/outdoor entertaining potential. Lots of built in storage and modern fixtures. There is also a study nook which I don't use so if you need to set up a computer or study area its all yours. There is also a laundry and washer/dryer combo. Bathroom is a nice size, with a rain shower. Lots of storage in here too. The kitchen has a fridge, oven, gas stove, microwave and not 1 but 2 dishwashers. The bedroom: Has built in wardrobe and is large enough to fit in a queen bed. Dimensions are 2.9m x 2.7m. You'll have to furnish it yourself.

Hi I’m Ginette, 38 year old female. I have a gorgeous, super friendly female dog that’s a kelpie x staffy, whos 2 years old. She gets along with cats that are ok around dogs so I’m open to having that in a home. However, other dogs are not possible as she gets territorial with her food and toys. Other than that she’s so friendly towards dogs, cats and people. Very quiet. Occasionally barks if she’s outside and sees a possum etc.. usual behaviour. Not a constant barker. I’m a huge dog lover and looking for a pet friendly place with at least a small yard. A granny flat/bungalow self contained/or not would be a big bonus but I’m open to all accommodation except for apartments due to lack of space. I’m looking in the eastern suburbs. Mainly Manningham, Maroondah, Whitehorse and Booroondara. Just looking for a chilled out, respectful and down to earth home. I’m on disability support pension (DSP). So I do not work but am capable of contributing to household chores and also am timely on the rent. Hope this finds some good people who’ll give me somewhere to live that’s homely yet private. I currently don’t have my dog but am trying to find a place that allows pets. So I won’t be having my dog immediately come and stay with me until I’ve settled in and give it up to one month. My ex partner looks after her so there’s no rush but asap accommodation would be really great and appreciated!
My name is Deanna, Looking for a place About me I’m 32, full time worker 8:30-5pm,female, friendly, respect others privacy, like going to gym, dance classes, seeing family and friends

Hello! I study Applied Science (Psychology) at RMIT on Swanston Street and also work there full-time. I love animals (but do not have any of my own), clean up after myself and like cooking. I’m happy to join in on house dinners too!
Im easy going, friendly. I clean up after myself and enjoy a chat
I’m a respectful, tidy and nice person that is always up for a chat but likes to be on my own, chilling, watching shows/movies or writing and reading. I’m from Chile and I’m a student here and also works part time in a bar.
I’d like to think I’m a friendly, bubbly and an easy going person 💁🏽♀️ Have mild OCD, which means everything around me will be super clean haha. As much as I’ll be down for a good chat with my potential housemates, I do enjoy my alone time and definitely respect everyone else’s privacy 🙂 A bit about my background; I’m originally from Sri Lanka (a beautiful island)but I’ve traveled a lot, and I’ve been here in Melbourne for about three years. Just finished my degree couple of weeks ago.🤞🏽 Currently live in a share house with 7 others, and been here ever since I moved to Melbourne so I’m looking for a change; a smaller place ideally, with people who are more than just housemates. I would prefer a room with a built in wardrobe and I also have my own queen sized bed. So if you have something that seems like a good fit for my requirements please let me know! xx
