It's a really beautiful neighborhood situated about 10 min on foot from either Mont Albert village or Box Hill Central. The room is super spacious and the place already has all the appliances/extras you might need. To get into the city is also super quick, especially with express trains from Box Hill that take 20 min .
Hey, I'm Ruby! I'm 22 and am currently studying Media & Communications while also working in retail. I'm a vegetarian who ironically can cook you the best spaghetti meatballs of your life. I also can be found having a bev or ten on the weekend while tearing up the d-floor, but also love chill nights in with movies and pizzas and deep chats. I'm clean and tidy, super respectful of personal space and will always pay bills on time. I love to laugh and am sure to annoy you with memes every now and then. I also have a car so would prefer off-street parking, but can happily settle for on-street parking. Ideally looking for an unfurnished room in the Eastern suburbs under $160pw. I don't have any furniture to contribute to communal living spaces right now, but hope to tear up some op shops fairly soon. However, I do have a washing machine and about 45 million tupperware containers. Looking forward to finding the sharehouse of my dreams! :)

I am very creative musically, love Socialising with friends and enjoy my time to myself. I'm a great cook and enjoy sharing meals with my house mates on occasion. I'm looking for a homely home, hoping to have some housemates who like a good chat and a laugh but also respect my privacy. I'm also very creative so will be working on music alot and going out of the house plenty. I will be working full time. I'm hoping to share with other creative people. Lets catch up for a chat, if you like what I have to offer.

Hi :) I'm a friendly 31 year old lesbian on disability due to a unique brain condition. The symptoms can be unpredictable but it isn't anything that would impact other tenants. If it's a particularly bad day I'll mostly just stay in my room and hangout with my pets. Despite my hermit status I'm always friendly and happy to chat :) In regards to leisure activities, I spend alot of time sewing, painting, gardening and hanging out with my partner. My current lease ends on the 13th of September and I would love to move into a stable household with friendly tenants. We don't need to be best friends but it would be nice to at least exchange pleasantries. I'm a firm believer in cleaning as I go. I would never expect a housemate to clean up after me, so I'm looking for a considerate housemate with the same philosophy. I am happy to share the cooking etc if you want to reduce costs but I'm just as happy doing my own thing. I am owned by a 5yr old rescue dog named Bellamy and a 6yr old rescue cat named Scotty. They are the best of friends and very quiet. Bell is a mixture of breeds but he's about the size of a staffy and ridiculously lazy so he's never any trouble. They would love another animal to join their pack and Bellamy attempts to adopt every animal he comes across. If you are interested in meeting me or have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me. I'm always happy to meet up for a coffee to see if we fit into each other's lifestyles.
I am a full time nursing student with a pleasant easy going nature. I'm looking for a home base to relax between my shifts in aged care and study. I enjoy being social and mixing with friends and housemates but I'm not looking for a party house. I wouldn’t call myself a clean freak but I do like to keep the common areas tidy and clear of mess. I'm respectful of your space and routine and appreciate bills being paid on time.
I'm currently doing a research degree at RMIT, so i spend most of my time at uni. I like to experiment in the kitchen but make sure clean up after myself. I'm kinda introverted so mostly keep to myself, but would love to hangout sometime. I tend to keep my place clean owing to OCD tendencies. I'm responsible, cooperative and can easily adjust to changes.
I'm an easy going professional working at Swinburne University in Hawthorn seeking accommodation for myself only on average two or three week nights per week as I generally return home to the country on weekends. Ideally a small private garden flat or similar would be perfect for my needs.
Hello If you like yoga and have a space to roll out a few mats, I love to share my passion of yoga with my housemates. I am seeking to move in with health conscious, positive individuals who are open communicators, respect a quiet, tidy, clean home with NO pets or children. I work as a nurse Mon-Fri and teach Yoga on the weekends. I enjoy reading, cycling, snorkeling in summer, meditating, and practicing yoga. I have two mountain bikes, a bike rack, camping gear, and will need somewhere secure to store them, like a garage or shed which can be locked. Quirks and Perks: -I prefer if shoes were not worn inside the house. -I like to wake up to a clean kitchen, so it would be appreciated if dishes were done before bed. -I'm conscious about our environment and prefer to use environmentally friendly household cleaners. -I favour a rotating weekly cleaning roster, as its only fair to share the household cleaning. -I do not tolerate drugs or smoking. Move in date is flexible, and I would like to give my current house mates 4 weeks notice. My Budget: $150/week or $170/week inc Bills. Please contact me with any questions Have a great day
