Hi! My name is Owen and I'm a fresh grad, looking for a place to stay. I'm currently in the midst of looking for work in my study related profession, but rent is not a problem as I clean privately. I appreciate a clean and well kept home, and will do my part in keeping it that way. I also enjoy cooking and baking, so you can expect some food! Other things I enjoy are gaming, going out for brunch with friends on the weekends (or food in general), just chilling at home and some yoga. I also love furry friends, so they aren't an issue! (Bonus points if you have a doggo). I'm respectful of your space and am a private person myself, but am always open for a chat if you'd like. Most importantly, if you're looking for a housemate and a friend, I hope to fit your bill!
LGBTI+, drug free. Respectful, clean and tidy. I'm a LARPer and I love art, always down for a drink or chat but mainly keep to myself. I love cooking, including veg and vegan dishes. Always happy to share! Working full time.
We are both friendly, down to earth people. We are mindful of other people's space, but do enjoy preparing/eating meals with others from time to time. Sarah is quite good at making baked goods, although that could be seen as a bad thing by some people! Both of us are crafty, quiet types, but that doesn't mean that we're silent shut-ins! We are looking for a place that's located on either the Lilydale or Frankston lines. Sarah is needing a room which would be large enough to fit her queen sized bed, and a desk in it. Lizzy is less particular, and would probably be happy living in a broom closet. Whilst we currently don't have any pets, we will be adopting a cat or two, and getting a nice aquascaped plattie tank going once we've moved in. Please note that we're not a couple - we're just friends, and we require two separate rooms.
Hi there, Thanks for reading my profile :-) I’m 37 and working as a freelancer whilst setting up my own home organisation business, with some of my work being on the weekends as well as during the week. I have a 20 year old indoor domestic short haired cat, that is very clean and toilet trained and pretty much sleeps all day in a sunny spot in my room, and I am very fastidious about cleaning up after her. I’m quiet but still like to socialise and chat, friendly, clean and tidy. Ideally i’d like to find somewhere that will allow me to bring my cat, but if not then somewhere short term for just myself until I can find a cat friendly home, would work also. Warm regards, Mel
Im a laid back guy who loves cooking and loves a chat. Im a foody and will be new to melbourne so il be keen to head out and explore my new home city. Iv lived in share houses in london with up to 7 people so im aware of peoples personal space and like my own down time but also love a fun house environment.
Hi there! We are Dom and Ewan, good mates who have known each other for 6 years, and lived together for the last 2! We are looking to join or start up a household in December. We don't believe in talking in the third person about each other so here's this: I (Ewan) am a manager of a thriving business, as well as working as a therapist in private practice, while running a freelance photography and videography business! I (Dom) am currently in the tail end of finishing an undergraduate degree in science, and will be looking to move onto post-grad studies afterwards! I am casually employed in the health care industry, while I complete my studies. As a side note, we are happy to discuss the finer points of moving dates and the rental agreement over a coffee.
I'm rarely home, I'm a full-time nurse at box hill hospital. I'm clean and tidy. I'm a great cook when I have the time. I am affable and caring about most. I do not smoke and I'm respectful of others, their space, and down time.
I'm clean, quiet and classy. I like cooking big dinners and spending my days off rugged up in bed with the internet or doing some arty farty stuff. Im really laid back and respect privacy. I definitely lean more towards being introverted. I love movies, games and reading. I'm also looking for a place that's close to a train station. Drop me a message if you have a good room with lots of light!
Hey there! I’m Sophie I work as a nurse and am looking to move due to work arrangements! I’m a clean and quiet house mate and am happy to socialise with you or give you space! I do have a cockatiel that I would love to move with me but if she isn’t able to come along for the move it’s ok as for now I’m only looking short term (3-4 months) Hope to hear from someone :) I do love having a drink on the weekends and also I cook a lot!
I'm an audio engineer just finishing up my degree at Box Hill Institute. Most of my work comes from live sound and production/post-production for film. Looking to move in with some like minded people, that are easy to get along with. Almost always up for bevs... or a games night. I'm pretty sociable, but also good at keeping to myself. I'm very tidy and don't really get bothered by other people.
A little bit about myself! Currently completing my Bachelor's Degree in Psychological Sciences @ Deakin University. I walked away from a lucrative career to pursue my passion... fingers crossed it works out for me! I appreciate peace & quiet living, but enjoy occasional dinner parties or gatherings in or out of the shared home. I love spending my free time reading, binge watching movies & TV shows, just chilling & chatting and so on... More than happy to share or split on things we might want to have in the home. Such as maybe.... a ridiculously HUGE 4KHD television + surround sound system! Mmmm.... additional information about myself below. 1. Very clean & tidy. Some say I clean better than 5*Star hotels! (I usually do a top to bottom house clean of my current residence once a week.) 2. I have a car. Happy to share its use! 3. Not really a "party animal" or "wild". Bored of that lifestyle and just a wee bit too old for it. 4. Unsure of what else to include.... perhaps we can get to know more about each other through messaging... to ensure a fit for living under one roof.
I'm and 24 year old girl working full time and my work has just moved east so I'm needing to relocate closer. I'm a designer so I do come with a bit of stuff but I am always happy to chip in extra! I keep my things clean and while i love hanging out with people i know when people need their own space to. I have been sharing for 7 years now and have almost all the household appliances needed. :)
Hey I’m James! I’m 26 and I work full-time in Southbank as a digital marketer in the travel and tourism industry. I was born in Ballarat and lived in Adelaide a little when I was young, however Melbourne has been home for the last 20 years. I try to go to the gym a few times a week and I play mixed netball pretty regularly so sport is a big part of my life. I enjoy spending time with my sister’s family (especially in Summer) who live down on the Mornington Peninsula. ___________________________________________ What I’m looking for: I have a home full of furniture so I’m not looking to move into an existing share situation. I would like a social household, however certainly not a party household. I tend to save that for holidays these days! I have a friendly cat so I would like some space for him, especially a small outdoor area. I grew up with my Mum and older sister so I’m much more used to living with females than males, however I would be happy to live with anyone. I’m looking in the Surrey Hills/Camberwell area as this is where I grew up and I absolutely love it there! Feel free to get in touch if you think I might be a good fit to start a new home with 😊
I work in Medicare, and in my down-time, I like to socialise, see my girlfriend and play video games. As a roommate, I'd be clean and respectful of other's space.
I'm a full-time veterinary nursing student studying at BHI. I am friendly, quiet, cheerful and can get along with anyone! I am aiming to work part-time on top of my studies somewhere local in the area that I move to. I will also be doing weekly placement work in a vet clinic, so you may not see much of me! For fun I play ice hockey when I can, make art, go out with friends or watch animal documentaries :)
The apartment building is directly opposite the tram stop, so it's very accessible. There are lovely parks nearby, and it's exactly between Box Hill and Balwyn Village shopping centres. There's a gym, sauna and pool within the complex which seems never to get busy. Our apartment is spacious, your room is not massive but it's a fair size with a built-in wardrobe. Unfortunately there is no car space available in the building, but if you have a car there is parking in surrounding streets which is limited to 2 hours on weekdays 7:30am-7:30pm (unlimited outside these hours). Your bills would be roughly as follows monthly (based on the last few bills, we would each pay 1/3 of the total bill): Water $45 Electricity $55
Student in Deakin University. Neat, tidy, helpful and friendly. Respectful of personal space. Looking for an independent for myself and a female friend in the same house, furnished room nearby.
We're both very open minded and carefree. We're friends from highschool and enjoy gaming and a beer here and there. I'm also into health and would like to become vegetarian. I am working part time in knoxfield and studying in melbourne so would prefer to live 15min walk from a station inbetween, (i drive). Ariel is living in seville and will be getting a closer job after the move. We prefer to stay tidy but not too anal.
We are Manu and Barbara a friendly couple, and we're coming to Melbourne to work. Actually i already have a contract for the new Decathlon in Box Hill South. Currently we are still in Paris, we'll be in Melbourne in Novembre 8th. We love meet new people and we aren't the kind of people who scream when they disagree, we talk ;) I look forward to find our flatmates!
Hey there ! My name is Kunal and I am 23years old I am a friendly and adjusting kind of person. I like cooking and loves to hangout with friends whenever time allows. Looking for a nice place to live and to share house with easy going and friendly people. I will be arriving in Melbourne at the end of February 2019.
I'm extremely easy going, open minded and fastidious. So anyone living with me always benefits as I do most of the the cleaning. I respect others needs for private space with occasional socialising. I'm a full time student and artist, so spend most of my time doing assignments or paintings. I'm looking for low maintenance housemates who are also not overly sensitive emotionally. Just want to live in a drama free household. 😊👍 I have a Japanese spitz (small-medium size dog), but can keep her at family if absolutely necessary.I also have some furniture so looking for a place that can accommodate furniture or has storage for furniture until I can figure out what to do with it. I'm looking for home I can be comfortable in, and has a friendly, safe and open environment. This is imperative as I am more of a home body. Respect is also key regarding interaction between housemates as well as respect for belongings. I would like a bedroom door that is lockable and would prefer to live in a house, but open to apartment only if there is a balcony with view or a courtyard as apartments can get claustrophobic. 😜☺️
Hi I'm Shivani! I'm 23 years old and work as a Registered Nurse. I'm looking for a place on a long term basis to move in with my 9yo mini dachshund, Jono.
