It’s a modern and quite large town-house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a powder room downstairs, laundry space, open plan living/kitchen/dining area, garage, and a beautiful, sunny courtyard/outdoor area. You’ll be in one of the upstairs rooms, with a private balcony space for you to enjoy and plenty of built in wardrobe space for all your stuff. The room comfortably fits a queen bed, bedside tables, and a desk. The house is just 10mins walk from Mont Albert station, 10mins to the 109 tram on Whitehorse Road, and 10-15mins walk to Box Hill station and the surrounding restaurants and shopping centre.
I'm loooking to move I to a new place within the coming month. A little about me. Ive always worked in Human Resources and am deciding weather to take up some part time post grad study in Psych. I've lived in share houses now for ten years so know the ins and outs involved. I'm looking to live with people who are like minded. I'm not necessary sporty or take up the kitchen making baking delights but you will find me very easy to live with. I enjoy a good chat and like to get to know the people I live with. Feeling at home at home is important to me.
I'm empathetic, I love to interact with new people and always find time for others. I enjoy being around others but I also know when people need their space. I enjoy living in a clean and uncluttered place. I enjoy having quiet nights in watching Netflix/Stan/YouTube.
We're returning from living in Switzerland in April 2018 - looking for a place that could become available around then. Dylan is a social worker originally from Adelaide and Ezgi is studying a Masters in Construction Management at Melbourne Uni. We're both pretty easy going - enjoy our own space, but also enjoy a casual drink. Dylan loves cooking and we love good food. We enjoy travelling, weekends away camping and both volunteer as Scout leaders in our spare time. By the way, the dog in the picture isn't ours!
I am a clean person who has no problem sharing the responsibilities of a share house. The lease on my old house is running out and I'm looking to start afresh in a new house with new people who work/study and are also tidy, responsible people. I'm a good cook and love being able to share a dinner with my housemates. I am working at the moment in Balwyn and am looking to return to uni next year. I like playing guitar, reading and keeping fit and healthy. From Albury, NSW originally, I have now lived in Melbourne for three and a half years.
I am an IT Professional from India. I am a clean, friendly, easy going person. I love watching movies tv shows and Cricket Looking for a Single room or 2 bedroom house/apartment or Studio flats. Feel free to message me and ask me for information if i have left something out.
Looking to 'teamup' and find a place in Surrey Hills, Mont Albert, Camberwell or Hawthorn. Hi! I'm Mitch. I'm looking for a relatively longer arrangement. 6-12 months or longer. I'm single, non smoker, and have no pets. I work 9-5 for a small private health insurance company. My interests outside of work include seeing live music, enjoying a beverage or two with friends and family. I spend a fair few weekends hanging out with my family in country Vic too. I keep my living spaces clean and tidy. I'm happy cooking my own meals or sharing meals with people. I do sometimes go for the convenience of eating out or getting lite and easy delivered weekly. I'm really sociable but also like my own space. I'm all about home being free of confrontation and stress. I've lived in a really big apartment for 5 years, so I'd like to live in a similar place. Somewhere new/renovated and clean with lots of light and lots of space. Looking for 2 or 3 bedroom apartments/houses/townhouses. I don't have a preference as to living with males or females. I'm also open to getting together a group of 2 or 3, and looking at some apartments/houses/townhouses. Send me a message if you're interested! Cheers, Mitch :)
Hi there! I'm relocating from Perth to Melbourne on August 19th. I'm a mature, tidy, respectful housemate that gets along with people of all age groups, and walks of life. I'm a creative type that loves making art, photography, reading, live music, and watching kitschy b-grade films. My ideal home would be a safe place with a private room (preferably with enough space on the floor to do yoga), relatively close to public transport, with friendly people that like to have a laugh. I would like to stay for at least six months if possible. Sadly I don't have any pets of my own, but I adore animals (especially cats!). I'm looking forward to calling your beautiful city my home, and to meeting you! Thanks for looking!

I am a professional working Nana who enjoys the quiet life, my hours are varied however I am out of the house by 7 am and return anywhere between 4-6 pm. I spend my leisure time travelling, reading, spending time with my grand kids, watching a movie, walking the dog or just chilling. I have a current wwcc and police clearance, I am reliable, very clean and respectful and expect the same in return. I have an outside dog that I cannot part with. My moving date is December at the earliest. Thank you.
Hi there, I am a nice individual, polite, professional, international, cultural, sporty, usually quiet, not difficult at all, pay the rent on time, etc. ~ I like listening to music with earphones, languages, work, projects, sport, texting with friends in my phone, travel / adventure, youtube or movies in my laptop, a few games in my laptop, writing, etc. I am from Sweden, however I am Australian as well. I am looking for team-ups, to split up a house or apartment with others interested in renting directly from a Real Estate agent. Studio apartments, lease take-overs or private rooms interest me as well. So feel free to contact me if you have a private room to rent out, a lease to take over or you would like to team up with someone like me ~ Currently I am primarily interested in team-up applications in central Melbourne or in central Sydney, with interesting flatmates keen on adventure etc
Hi there, My name is Nana. I'm from China, have been studying and working in Melbourne for 2 years. I'm currently at the last trimester of my master degree, will graduate in late October this year. I work as a part time accountant in the city as well. I will stay in Melbourne after graduation. I'm looking for a place that close to the train station so I have easy access to city and Deakin Burwood campus (only required before late October ). A room in a all female two bedrooms flat will be ideal, but open for other options. Prefer a furnished room, but if the room is unfurnished is OK too. My moving date is flexible. I'm easy going, friendly, generally pretty quiet but also enjoy being social. I like Yoga, swimming and running. I’m used to share houses, lived in current place for 2ys and my flatmate and I became very good friends, so I have good understanding of different culture, I'm respectful and responsible. I'm a non-smoker, like to keep the place tidy and clean. Looking after the property, treat it not just as a room but also nice and cosy like home. That's pretty much all I can think of for now. If you have a room or whole property available, please feel free to contact me. Looking forward to hearing from you. Warm regards, Nana
Tidy, considerate, can adjust easily to new surroundings and I'm a social person that enjoys company and my own space. Own a gardening business and work long hours during the week, play cricket and footy on the weekends.
Hello :D I'm moving to Melbourne on the 25th of August so I'm looking for a new place to live and hopefully have that sorted before I get there. I've been living in Perth for the past 3 years and have decided that its time for a change and some new experiences and adventures. I'm a down to earth, quite active and outgoing 26yo girl originally from Croatia. Prefer a clean house but always up for hanging out and having some fun. Don't know many people in Melbourne yet so it would be nice to find some friendly house mates that appreciate your owns space so I can get some studying done but also like to hang out. As I'm still trying to fit my life in a suitcase I currently don't have any furniture so a furnished room or at least a bed included would be amazing. Looking forward to hearing from you :)
Hello. I have recently moved to Melbourne from Queensland to start work as a paramedic with Ambulance Victoria after graduating from uni last year. I am a friendly, easy going, and social person and enjoy a wide range of activities from bushwalks, arts and crafternoons, movies, social sport, and a beverage or two; however, I imagine I'll be quite occupied with learning how to not kill people during my first few months of work. I am flexible with budget and move date (+/- 2 weeks) and have a 4-year history of renting with friends during my studies... so you won't have to teach me how to fold a fitted sheet. My previous flatmates have described me as neat and tidy, clean, organized, respectful and helpful around the house. My twin brother is an engineer, so if anything needs fixing I can close my eyes and merge souls with him to get the job done. This combined with my developing medical skills means I could be a handy guy to have around. Ideally, I'm looking to stay somewhere for at least 6months (and potentially longer) and am open to joining a lease. Thank you for your consideration and don't hesitate to fire away any questions. Theo.
