I'm a homebody and huge dog lover!! I have a small/medium female dog whose 15mths old and loves people and attention, she's quite cheeky.. friendly towards humans generally to other dogs however she's been attacked a couple of times and can get protective of herself hence quickly when playing too roughly. She plays with bigger dogs better too. She is well taken care of and I clean up after her. The main bedroom of the house is what the right applicant will move into, with a large wardrobe as well. This is the only room that is unfurnished, so you will have to have your own bed at least. It is the master bedroom and is the largest room in the house, so you could fit a desk, a set draws, bedside tables etc.. Enjoy all the basic essentials, with a large kitchen/eating and extended living area, with a decking off the kitchen over looking greenery and trees with a little creek that runs inbetween our large yard and the neighbours at the back of the property. Local shops and transport (bus) about 5min walk, also not far from the Montmorency train station as well. Near by walking track and a few football ovals in the area too. Location wise for traffic is pretty good as you have some alternate routes to take, can show you all the tricks.
