Plenty of outdoor garden space. The area is very safe and is conveniently located only a 2min walk to train/bus stations and also the main shopping strip which has every thing you need including cafes, a popular bar, organic food store, supermarket, bakeries, take-away food venues, gym, beauty salons, post office. Also approx. 40 mins to city by train. Our street is wide with little traffic. Would love to have you stay and help you settle in to our community. We will be more than happy to help show you around and help get things sorted for you if you require it. Bills are flat rate $30 pw per person

I am a great housemate/tenant because I can adapt to any situation and place pretty easily without complaints or stress! I want my future house to be a home not just accomodation! I have a small/medium female dog whose 13mths old and super friendly towards humans generally to other dogs however she's been attacked a couple of times and can get protective of herself hence quickly when playing too roughly. She plays with bigger dogs better too. She is well taken care of and I clean up after her. So I do require some type of yard space. Doesn't have to be huge but a normal size backyard with grass not concrete!! The bigger the better though! We currently live in an apartment so it's not suitable. I have to move ASAP due to a bad break up and currently living with a family friend in Doncaster but I've overstayed by 2 weeks already to finding somewhere suitable is detrimental!!! It doesn't have to be available right now but not much longer than a couple of weeks time would be good. Just need to let friend know I've at least secured a place. Add to that, he never stinks cos he thinks he's a cat & so cleans himself as such. Is great to live with; quiet & gentle & fun! I want to come back to Melbourne cos I've missed the place &;the people much!
