I'm Neo, Im 41 and my requirements are somewhat different: I am looking for a driveway or down the side of a place in the south or north area of Brisbane. I'm after: Yes you read that correctly a driveway, I live in my van fulltime, I have my own internet ( Starlink ) just need to plug into power and have access to bathroom shower kitchen… I just need a secure place to park up with ease of being able to move my van and go for weekends etc I have been in Sharehouse arrangements before on both sides where i have given rooms and applied for rooms and never had a problem and always left on positive terms. I am not the party type of person, i am a gamer, i have everything else and have 2x vehicles one van and one traffic control ute. So if this is someone you can accommodate for then awesome please send me an email and can go from there bear in mind it is a Mercedes Sprinter long wheel base and tall so if you have a car port my van is 3.2 in height. I also have a positive YouTube channel happy to provide and show I'm not a yahoo. And I work daily as a traffic controller. Also I will say this, you will hardly see me it’s not that I am antisocial I am working a lot so I won’t be inside as much apart from using the kitchen rarely Bathroom occasionally and yeah il always say hi thou wont be in the way and extra income without the worry of living inside.

I'm 65 years young and am a support worker in aged care/disability/palliative care. I work various days a week and sleepovers at the moment. I'm looking for a safe and stable environment for myself. I am very clean and tidy and a responsible person who pays there bills on time. I need somewhere for myself and two female cats, I have some furniture and preferably a carport or garage for my car, if not, off road would be great. I enjoy watching movies, listening to music, and theatre and concerts and going to the gym, dancing, beaches, singing and bush walks, are just some of my activities. I would like to have some adventures maybe snorkling and kayaking. And seeing more of Australia. I am very clean and tidy and pay my bills/rent on time. I do my share of house chores and take very good care of my living environment. I have a good sense of humour and generally enjoy life. I'm just needing a stable base where I can feel safe and secure.
