I'm in my 40's I have been renting a room in Frankston for the past 3 years and in the past 4 years have moved a few times predominately in the Southeast area. Prior to that I lived in the east for 26 years 6 of those years lived on my own the rest with my parents. The reason for moving from the east due to needing a sea change. Currently living in Share house accommodation in Frankston, I play my role in the house pay my rent on time and do what I need to do. I currently work part time in the locality of Frankston for a major health provider only started last November before that worked in traffic management for 2 years working mostly on major projects. The reason why I want to move from this accommodation is that I want to move on into the next chapter of my life. It's been a great experience to currently live in a share house as I'm easy going and don't place high expectations on others, but I do maintain a clean environment which is important to me. I would prefer to negotiate when it comes to house matters to maintain an equal balance to ensure harmony and cohesion. FYI Rent asking price needs include bills Ideally, my budget is $500 per fortnight. Though I have it advertised at $250 however $275 pw is probably the max I'll go.
