My brother and I are twins who are looking for a place to live. We’re both pretty good eggs, don’t do drugs or drink or smoke. We typically keep to ourselves for the most part but we could be social for the right people. We’re gamer types but I’m personally looking to begin studies again as I previously did a cert 3 and will either begin a cert 4 or a bachelors. Brother intends to work full time as we want to relocate somewhere closer to the city. We’re very open minded and generally quiet people, clean up after ourselves but don’t make much mess or noise to begin with. We respect the privacy of others and respect shared space. No issues with rent, we always pay our rent on time as we have done for a few years now. We both have worked as removalists but it’s been a while, working odd jobs here and there. If you’re after people who pay their bills, aren’t in your face and you can have real proper conversations with and even need an ear to talk to for support, we can easily do that. We have no criminal history and aren’t the aggressive loud types by any means. If something isn’t right however, we won’t be afraid to bring it up and seek a resolution. We can be the adventurous types and won’t be scared to check out the local attractions but aren’t really into cars, again we are gamers. I have a cat however it’s a cat that I’ve taken in several months ago when a housemate didn’t want it so if it’s an issue, I could work on fixing the problem. Cat isn’t really a problem, has been an outside cat and hasn’t ever done anything that I would be worried about, is usually pretty friendly possibly shy at first. We are looking for likeminded individuals who can respect our privacy and respect shared spaces, clean up after themselves, isn’t too loud near our bedrooms and can have a conversation with us but isn’t overbearing. We were brought up in a household with women and men so naturally we will respect anyone and their rights, we aren’t here to make anyone comfortable just want to have a home. Thank you. We are currently in our current house for 2 months however we will need a home from June onwards, we don’t have a lot of stuff but need a little bit of storage or suitable sized room for my brother. Ideally looking for a location near a train station as we generally take public transport, I can drive however but my brother cannot. Located closer to the city will be ideal. Modernish house would be nice.
