( maybe once a month or every 2) I am not a party animal at all nowadays but I am open to host social events sometimes 🌻 Open communication is also important to me as people and their live constantly change and so are their needs😊 would be great to create a space where we are able to share issues and concerns before they become too big ✨️ I need to be in the lease for burocratic reasons...and I am looking for a place where I can stay long term 🍓 I would prefer not to live with couples, And possibly not living with people who work from home all the time.
