Not a drinker or partier — just like to chill after work or head to the gym. Im currently living with family but keen to move out and have my own space. I’m reliable with rent and can show payslips/proof of work if needed. Looking for something long-term, ideally with flatmates who are laid-back, clean and keep things pretty chill. I really want to find a spot that is clean and has a tidy kitchen that’s really important to me. I’m fairly introverted and like to keep to myself, but I’m friendly and always respectful. A house with good vibes/atmosphere, social, but not a party house I am 37, no kids, down-to-earth, social and outdoorsy. I enjoy a glass of wine, chats and dinners but also enjoy my own space. With my current housemates, we will pop down to a pub for a feed, BBQ down near the waterfront, walking or the occasional road trip to do a hike. I have really enjoyed having a connection with housemates. We aren't together all the time, but nice to have that friends space at home and what I am hoping to create again. I work in construction since covid, and I leave the house at 5am and not back till the early evening (sometimes earlier depending on the shift), so am out of the house most of the day. I am going to be going into WHS (more of an office position) next year. I was previously a tour guide and a deckhand on super yachts. I love road trips and going hiking, chasing waterfalls camping, 4x4ing, motorbike riding, bike riding and kayaking. I love fun events, gigs and going out for dinner and drinks I am super chill with noise. I am in bed early, but happy to put my earplugs in to sleep. Equally though, I am super respectful when I am up early and leaving the house I looovvvee entrepreneurship and have a bachelor of Business, but have never used it 🫣 I am focusing on investing now instead 🤓 I really want a house with a pool if possible. Prefer within 20mins of the city. No students or backpackers. Long term only. I would prefer 12mths+. Locals, professionals, FiFo welcome. ✅ Must be CLEAN – this is non-negotiable. If you dont wash your dishes after you eat, please dont apply.
