Eatons Hill Share House Hello Readers, I am a property investor who has just purchased a large double story 8 bedroom home in Eatons Hill and i am now at the stages of leasing 4 rooms out. I have available two rooms upstairs and two rooms down. Each room will have there own security digital lock. There is a large common room with a entertainment area and gym which will be available to all tenants. There is a giant pool currently being constructed and will be ready for summer. There are 3 bathrooms situated in the house and i will pair off two of the rooms to each one. I am currently residing at the property with my partner and am around on a daily bacis conducting renovations. As this property is positioned on acerage there are many animals already here so i cannot accept anymore. As i am in my early 20s i have no worries what so ever with tenants have the occasional piss up aslong as i am issued with notice to make the other tenants aware. I am extremely easy going and love the afternoon beers and will always remain that way aslong as i am treated with respect and honesty. The common room is air-conditioned and Wi-Fi will be made available. I have two undercover car parks which will go to the first two tenants to move in deeming they have a vehicle to take its place. For those who are worried about public transport being more than walking distance away i am more than happy to shout lifts to and from the train station. All bills and laundry supplies are included in the weekly rental amount and i will require two weeks upfront. Rooms can either come furnished or unfurnished to suit your needs. I am looking for friendly easy going people and will be selective to ensure all my tenants are comfortable whether they want to socialise or be left alone. For all serious enquiries please message to book in an appointment.
Do you enjoy peace & quiet that only acreage has to offer? Being woken by the wildlife instead of traffic? Yet the luxury of being only 10km to Samford township, 5km to Eatons Hill & Albany Creek & 8km to our closest train station... We have a self contained, seperate entrance Studio Flat adjacent to our house on 2 acres, with access to a pool, secure automatic gate to the property with carport parking for you. Our family consists of 2 adults & 3 children as well as our menagerie of 2 Labradors, chickens, geese, ducks & miniature goats (with a baby due any day now) so being an animal lover is important to us. We respect your privacy & ask the same - however we do love an occasional Sunday wine & cheese session. Reasonable power & internet included in weekly rent. Would prefer long term tenant, minimum 9 month lease. Not suitable for tenants with animals.

Cashmere is a quiet leafy acreage suburb only 23 km from the city on Brisbane's outer North West. Good access to shops but public transport is poor out here. You will need a car to get around. For rent is the huge master bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe. The room has a lockable exterior door and a lockable interior door. It has security screens on all windows. The room can be furnished or unfurnished and for some extra rent you can have your own dedicated loungeroom as well. The house has a pool, a well equipped gym, an acre of bushy tropical gardens and is located in a quiet bushy estate just minutes from shops. You will share the kitchen and laundry. If you want more dedicated space, you could also have your own lounge and dining area for a negotiated extra rent. There is some room for storage in the shed and gym and garage. I will consider couples and singles parents for extra rent. I am quiet, considerate and respectful and I expect the same from flatmates

*Please excuse the hotel style bedroom photos but they were used for an airbnb ad* Enjoy the serenity and quiet of a beautiful country home, but embrace the luxury of having a shopping precinct and the iconic Eatons Hill Hotel only minutes drive. Brisbane CBD is also only 18km away. Enjoy the privacy of your own decently sized bedroom. The main bathroom is a shared space however it should never feel overcrowded as my fiancé & I have an ensuite. There is 2 bedrooms available for rent and both are furnished at the moment but we are more than happy to rent them unfurnished too :) Everything you should need to feel at home is here and we make sure we can help as much as possible; especially moving in! There is plenty to do if you are a homebody too, as we have a pool/games room, a fireplace, a BBQ and lots of outdoor seating which is perfect to watch the evening sunset. We are social people and often enjoy having a few drinks and around the fire with housemates/friends however we are also very aware that people like to relax alone sometimes too. We are pretty easy going and are happy to just go with whatever happens! It is definitely a bonus having such a big property because there is so much space to catch up on some "me" time or do the opposite and use the space to entertain! We have a beautiful puppy named Luna that lives at the house as well and she might occasionally hassle you for a cuddle or a carrot to eat but she is full of love. We built her a playground out the back so she loves going crazy in there throughout the day! Utilities (Gas, electricity, Water and Wi-Fi all included) $30/wk
Hi, I am looking for short term accommodation. I am a 4th year Carpentry Apprentice and I am a non-smoker and only a social drinker. I am a quiet, early riser due to my work requirements and I usually never work late, so I shouldn't interfere with most peoples' home routines. I am clean and like to help out around the house and most weekends I will be out of your space due to travelling back to Toowoomba to visit family and friends.

Hi, I'm Jake! I'm a 20 year old Rugby League Player, soon to be travelling down under for 12 months on a Working Holiday Visa. I am a former Bar Manager, currently working as a "Regional Sales Engineering Manager" for a Plant Sales Company in the UK. My passion in life is Rugby League. I have represented both my county (Lancashire) and Great Britain, and would love to progress further and break the professional ranks. I consider myself to be a very responsible person, and would like to think I would make the perfect housemate! Communication comes very easy for me, as I have absolutely no problem in speaking to anyone and everyone from all walks of life. Respect is a massive part of my personality and would never be seen to disrespect anyone or anything. I am a non-smoker and don't drink regularly however I enjoy going out on a weekend and enjoying myself with friends. I hope that I have covered everything but if there is anything more that you'd like to know, then please don't hesitate to get in contact! Jake
Friendly caring self aware couple, homebodies moving from Melbourne to Brisbane and seeking a place to land when we arrive there. Short term 3-6 months length, must be non smoking household. Kim is a graduate student and works in education and care settings and Sue is in sales. We have the most gentle adorable dog who lives inside with us. We love tv and watching movies, eating out, going to the cinema, swimming, the beach, travel, rugby league, reading and the internet. We also have two cats who will be in boarding until we find a great new place.
I like to keep neat and tidy but I'm not OCD about cleanliness. I love to have a good chat however I understand personal space and enjoy having time to myself. I am in no way a partier but still enjoy being social and hanging out with friends. I end up not being home a whole lot due to work and other commitments, but when I'm not loud or well, annoying. Love to hear from you soon:)
My name is Kate, I'm a 28 year old student/pensioner who is looking for a room to rent, preferably longer term, with my little dog Eddie (a jack russell cross who loves nothing more than to spend the day cuddling) and my lorikeet Blaze. My favourite hobby is going for rides on my motorcycle, especially on nice twisting country roads. I also like drawing and painting, and I'm a reasonably good guitarist too. I'm due to finish my degree in youth work at the end of July and plan to start working as soon as I finish. Currently I'm getting disability support payments and I'm also volunteering part time to keep my skills up. I have been renting for 7 years and I have always paid my rent and bills on time so no issues there. Eddie is a really sweet little dog, he loves people as well as other dogs and cats. He's around two years old, is fully house-trained and rarely barks. He's a mostly inside dog while I'm home, sleeps a lot of the day (usually on my bed) and likes playing with other dogs, toys and especially in water. He would love it if there was somewhere outside to fit a little shell pool for him to play in. Blaze spends most of his days whistling, singing, and playing with/talking to his toys. He's friendly and loves people interacting with him, even through the cage bars. He loves music and is a good little dancer. He lives in a decent sized cage that I like to keep beside my desk (as that's where I spend most of my home time). I'm looking for somewhere to live longer term (at least a year) and for an unfurnished bedroom. I also have a little futon couch and a fridge to bring with me that can either be used or stored in a garage if not needed.
